If any of the older Golden-Age superheroes have ever been around long enough to the point where they would become public domain, could we then post conversions of them?

They were in the Black Vault Wiki, but that doesn't exist anymore.

Yeah...I know....I also tried on the wayback machine but I can't find anything.
Considering that once time you can browse palladium fan made stuff without stumbling into those tables is kind of weird how they seem to have disappeared from Web, or search engines are not that precise...

It didn't come up by googling it. Only a thread asking about it. It's possible that thread has been archived.

Ahh... not quite what KS wrote up.

There was more ....ah.. side-effects tables than 'what powers' tables.

And the tables there are altered based on what the rules of that particular GM are. Pretty worthless.

Yeah I know. Is not the best, but so far is the only trace of it I found. When the black vault was up, you could find all of what KITTENSTOMP did, albeit the power tables needed an update due the new Canon powers, but now. Even the many fan made pages about rpgs., not just palladium, seemed to have just...disappeared.

It appears all the posts by Kittenstomp and Mephisto are gone. You can see where folks replied to them, but their actual posts are all gone.

Could be. I know Mephisto has had his stuff published in the past.

It's not just the posts. The accounts are gone. For example, do a search for Stone Gargoyle and you'll see his posts. Do a search for Kittenstomp or Mephisto and they're not there. It's as if the posts were removed because the accounts were removed.

I had a bunch of bookmarks to various things by both of them. Not just the Tables of Doom, but the Symbiote table, Mutant Characteristics Redux, Education and Skill Programs Redux. The links work - can see folks that replied or posted in the threads, but the posts by Kittenstomp and Mephisto are gone. So I did a search for the account names, and it comes up with: No suitable matches were found.

Really wish I'd thought to copy the info and make a PDF or the like.

As an aside, I had to recreate my account to post. My account was gone.

Was there some kind of account wipe done at the start of October? Any chance any of that might have been archived/backed up before that if there was a wipe?

If they did a big purge of dead accounts, would have been nice to give some advance notice so we could archive the great materials.

I agree. With the Black Vault Wiki gone, I was saving materials to files on my computer. I have no way of archiving the great works by Mephisto now.

Yeah they seem them and is complete backup, as there are also the other tables not just the powers. Cool(honestly I think we all dropped the ball in not saving those files...I am the first guilty one).
Also of course it would be on those "places " on the net where I did not heck, hang around or even be able able use in any significant way( anything beyond a simple forum is way too overwhelming for me)

I saved them to my laptop. Now I will have them until such time as my laptop freezes and they cannot be retrieved or the files degrade. Of course, I can always get them from that site again, provided they don't wind up being deleted from there.

I'm going back doing what i did with the entirery of old dreamfox webpage more than 15 years ago....save on CD rom, copy them on pen drive, copy them on my desktop, print some copies of them for daily use(at the time i could use the computer/screen all the times). And on regular time check the memory banks(floppies were such delusion....they did not lasted not even 8 years!)

A lot of this is dead. I just tried following the link for the Additional Special Training Categories. First, the url is wrong: it still references forums.palladium-megaverse.com instead of palladiumbooks.com/forums. And second, once I corrected the url, I was taken to a five-post thread talking about how cool the new categories are, but with nothing about the new categories themselves.
