Is it really that any attack you make against someone from behind them is automatically either triple damage or a knockout (assuming you make a successful roll to strike i.e. not 1-4) cause that's how it reads, and if yes what happens if you roll a natural 20 on that attack from behind? would it stack?

Thanks in advance for opinions, and thanks more for anything "Official"

Yes to both, but only if the attack penetrates the defender's A.R., and the defender fails to dodge or parry (which he usually can't even attempt anyway because it's a rear attack).

A natural 20 on the critical strike from behind would increase the damage multiplier to x4 as DWK said, but does nothing for the Knockout/Stun (except make it that much harder to dodge or parry the attack).
There you go man, keep as cool as you can.
Face piles of trials with smiles. It riles

and keep on thinking free.
