The Spell Ley Line Time Capsule.
Question #1:
Can this spell be cast upon a dead body to perserve it?
Specifically, the spell would help a lot with two other spells
A. Making a zombie ritual because the body can't be more than 6 hours dead.
B. Use a spell to restore the dead within the spells time limit.
Question #2:
Can you use the spell on a severed limb?
Question #3:
Can this spell be cast and then the recently "dead" be taken out and a paramedic/doctor use emergency medicine to get the heart beating?

I would say No due to the issue of NOT WANTING TO deal with multiple time streams (world time and capsule time) and how they would interact with specific spells that have time limitations on them. But that is my opinion.
Limitations are that you cannot use it on "Humanoids, animals, and insects", though I do think it is implied they are talking about live examples. The spell also doesn't consider bacteria that might be on various foods and items, which are certainly present in dead bodies. Given they don't put a limitation though on what type of "other foods" can be placed in the LLTC it certainly seems possible.
