Help! Unable to find “Inflict Pain” psionic power.

I am creating a Necrosis Athanatos character and can’t find the Inflict Pain psionic power. Any help would be much appreciated!

Use "Bio-Manipulation: Evil Eye Pain" for this. It is in either the main Nightbane/Spawn book or Between the Shadows

I use the Induce Pain psionic power, from the Healing category (Nightbane, pg. 83)
