Help on Ocmulgee Mound Complex

Summon Palladium Hive Mind.

In WB27 AiDS pg. 77 there is this Lesser Temple Mound that needs to be reconstructed in order to archeive it's full potential.

What do you think it's necessary to reconstruct it?

I'm toying with the idea that the SteelTree plant spirit that the Cherokee Shamans in the Camp Cherokee want to get in touch with knows how to reconstruct it but:

1) How do PC contact the SteelTree Forest Plant Spitit?
2) How can the Lesser Mound be reconstructed?

Any ideas are very appreciated.
