C/would the great houses make some sort of eyestalk type of item to help those that can’t see or would the turn them into biotics?
Could they? Easily... there are a lot of options the resistance could do easily. Would they? Depends upon the house.
If they wanted too Splicers likely could easily repair/replace the subjects eyes, or whatever the problem is. Of course this all depends upon your views of the human body and if such is a so called perversion of the plan, or some other such religion born bs.
