May I please know what are the canon rules or even non-canon house rules for a alien intelligence or god to Soul Drink Soul Consume other alien intelligences and gods and goddesses and dragons and demons lords and devils lords and other high-level beings?

I am thinking something like a character called the "God-Eater" where the character simply devours everything especially high-level beings like alien intelligences and gods and goddesses and dragons and demons and devils to increase their own power and their own experience points and their own stats?

If the most powerful soul-drinker rune weapons can soul consume or soul drink Gods, godlings, and Demon Lords as power sources for their powers, why can't the most powerful Great Old One Alien Intelligence soul consume and soul drink other alien intelligences and gods and goddesses and dragons and demons lords and devils lords and other high-level beings as well to increase their own power and their own experience points and their own stats?

Let me give you an example.

Say an alien intelligence with all stats 30, experience levels 15, MDC 100,000, PPE 20000, ISP 5000 soul consume soul drink another alien intelligence with all stats 30, experience levels 15, MDC 100,000, PPE 20000, ISP 5000.

So the first alien intelligence will become an alien intelligence with all stats 60, experience levels 30, MDC 200,000, PPE 40000, ISP 10000 after combining all the two alien intelligences' stats, experience levels, MDC, PPE, ISP.

I like to explore this concept of God-Eater with everyone. Any Canon rules or Canon ideas will be greatly helpful and preferable to non-canon house rules. Thank you!

Is there a published statline that has attributes of 60, excluding PS and PE?

If you wanna have god consumption as a thing, I think you're limited to non-prototypical deific powers that you make up. As a shot in the dark, I'd peg it at 1400+PPE, a Consumed Investment, and it wouldn't be bad if Rune Magic was somehow narratively involved. I also wouldn't make absorbed stats additive. As an example, consider how White Wolf's World of darkness handled diablerie. In that game going up a generation had several benefits, including restricted ability access, but the overall percentage advantage gained on the die was in the low double digits. The Harvester OCC in Psyscape is often seen as an egregious example of a absorbtion based character, and they just gain full PPE, limited spell knowledge, and minor PS/sdc.

In Megaverse in Flames under Soul Magic, the spell Soul Mind allows you to gain +10 points to any one mental attribute. only 10 decades under the spell, but you can just rip out the soul of a mortal to cast Permaneancy on it to make the boost permanent. Each God you consume could make you Smarter, More Charming, or Stronger Willed. if a regular god starts at +10 points to IQ, ME, and MA, Greater Demons 4 points, and Dragons 3 points, then you can start stacking templates for bigger boosts.
