Converting a campaign for some friends

I am trying to bring some gamers into the PFRPG fold, so I am converting a campaign that I have been running in another system to Palladium. Most of the conversions are pretty much "cut and dry", but I'm struggling with the best way to convert one of the player characters. This PC is a "Witch Hunter" in the style of Robert E. Howard's Solomon Kane. I am open to suggestions as to which O.C.C. Might be appropriate, and if anyone knows where I can find weapon statistics for a flintlock pistol. I have been looking through my books, and haven't found stats for such a weapon. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

There are magically enhanced M.D. black powder weapons in Wormwood and Coalition Navy. Non-magical black powder weapons appear in Trans-Dimensional TMNT and The Rifter #10 (in the Q&A section). The latter is still available from a couple outlets and includes some fairly useful material (wand magic, alternative stat bonuses for skills outside of the physical category, and a demon hunter class for Nightbane that might suit your needs). That said, the black powder rules aren't super detailed and anything you wanted to make up would probably be just as good.

Palladium has a witch hunter class, its in the yin sloth book (but is first ed)
The mercenary fighter is fairly generic and can be used for most most things.


Grodnelite is an explosive crystal that could certainly be used instead of black powder (its in mount nimro book).

2d4 damage open ended (if a 4 is rolled roll again and keep adding the damage)
+1 strike short, -5 medium, -10 long range.
2 actions to reload (powder and ball)
If a 1 is rolled to strike roll 1d20 (1-5 the gun explodes doing 5d6 damage to wielder, 6-11 the gun is damaged and needs repairing before use)
