AtB2 has no classes.

There are however certain character backgrounds that grant extra BIO-E.

I am not sure if I like the idea of martial arts "costing" BIO-E points. If the P.C.s want to use Ninjutsu from the N&SS book. I would just allow it. of course I would place several constraints on them.
1. Give a detailed background on how your character learned this style. ( found the only surviving Ninja master and he taught me to whip ass, Isn't detailed enough)
2. I would go with heretic888 idea of one or the other. Psionocs, or martial art powers. not both.
3. I would seriously toughen up the bad guys. I mean the K-9 rangers could still be used like Storm Troopers but I would make the key villains allot tougher.
4. I would restrict them to a dedicated Martial Artist with all of the benefits and resrictions intact.

Just my opinion.
