Given PU2 came out before PU3, would you say it's a reasonable request to have the Ectoplasmic Webbing power available as an upgrade to the Spinneret ability of Eugenic heroes? If so, what's a reasonable price tag for it? Would you say the cost of Spinnerets, plus the mandatory Swing Line upgrade cost, plus a dollar amount? 1-2 million? I see for Energy Expulsion has a Super (major) upgrade available for 2.2 million. Given the parallels, is that a fair price point?

Logical next question: Same as above, but about Ectoplasmic Armor instead?

I'd have to look at the Eugenic Psionics implants for some ideas on price, because I figure the Ectoplasmic Webbing would have to have a psionic component.

The Ectoplasmic Webbing power does not specify it as psionic in nature. I would allow it as an uupgrade but at a hefty price.

Yeah, looking it over and how a power like Adhesion which is a minor is 1.5 million and Ectoplasmic Webbing is a major, I'd probably insist on at least 2-3 million for this one if maybe not 3-4 depending on how you want to consider things as it seems pretty powerful.

At last 3 million and not higher than 5 million, yeah. Ectplasmic webbing has a lot of subabilities.
