The spell Sense Magic.
Can Ley Line Walker and Mystics do this anyway with less range?
Is there an advantage to casting the spell?
Does it detect magic items and TW items?
Does it tell the caster where magic users are regardless if they are in the state of casting a spell?
Will it locate a person who is using invisibility?
Will it identify if an animal is a familiar?
Will it locate and I.D. a spell book?
Will it I.D. someone with an enchantment or spell cast upon them (Sustain, Supernatural Endurance, Armor of Ithan, etc.) on them?

3. Yes it will detect magic items and charged TW items (uncharged TW items will not radiate magic, charge means they have some PPE stored or are otherwise active).
4/5. It will not pinpoint, it only gives a vague indication (near/far).
6/8. Yes it will indicate an active spell/enchantment.
7. I think it will come down to specifics related to the spell book in question. Diabolism (from PF) indicates that magic symbols (wards, runes, etc) have to be energized. So the answer here is where there any energized symbols used? A Collection of Spell Scrolls into a book, would qualify as magic as each Scroll would be radiating magic.
