Has anyone created a detail campaign setting for these fine folks? In DB05, they are briefly mentioned but nothing in details. I don't have access to the Rifters collection. An example is how The Wolfen was created to having an empire in Italy in Rifter 01 (I think that's the one). If there's material out there, please refer me to it.
Or...am I going to be told something of the lines of, "MAKE YOUR OWN!"?

they'd be part of the United Worlds Warlock. also wouldn't this topic be better located in the dimension books section for the forums? "all things palladium books" is generally the section used to talk about the company itself.
