Bio-wizard clones

Can bio-wizardry be used to make a clone of someone? Conversely, could it be used to transform someone to look more or less like another person?

The Kittani alredy have cloning technology (WB2) so one does not need to invoke Bio-Wizardry. For Bio-Wizardry to create a clone, you'd need an organism that could do that for the host (off hand I don't know of any, an Altaran might be used this way though).

As for transforming someone to look like someone else... you would need an organism with such an ability. Otherwise there are probably easier ways to make one look like someone else than resorting to bio-wizardry.

i mean, i'd be pretty disappointed to discover that bio-wizardry can casually stick a full set of chitin plates onto your body but somehow is incapable of plastic surgery, so... probably, i guess.

but i rather suspect it would be cheaper to find a plastic surgeon instead.
