I'm getting the Top Insider.

I did Benefactor which is more than double, in dollar terms, of what I did on the three previous MI's.


I want to thank you for doing this. I was sitting at my desk for several hours thinking about if I wanted this or not and then it disappeared. I really should NOT be spending that kind of money right now so thanks for that.

I'm getting the $200 level. It's a great value for my money and I really do hope the books ship at the end of the month.

I'm getting the $50 Hardcover. Will go nicely with my RIFTS Ultimate which is on its way to me currently. Looking to start a RIFTS game soon.

I just did the $50 one as I wanted the colour book and all of the higher ones didnt include it. I would normally do the book+PDF

According to Page 19 of Volume One of the Bestiary in addition to being the Northern Gun Chief of Robotics and the designer of the NG-X40 Storm Hammer Power Armor & NG-HC1000 Dragonfly Hover Chopper the Joshua Hill of Rifts Earth is an accomplished big game hunter and something of an expert on the Aegis Buffalo.

My Insider rewards for RBv1 just arrived and with the arrival of my Pdf tonight I was able to search for my name in the book and as usual I was not disappointed. I thought if some of us with upper level rewards sort of "unboxed" them.

First, the PDF looks fine I love having the books digitally even though I am old and still do most of my game prep with the actual books. It will be nice so that I can pull artwork for my in game slideshows.

Second, the color hardcover. Its fine, truthfully for all the Insiders this has been the part I care about the least as it is one of only 4 books of its type. Still nice.

Third, Crimson edition. I love this book. I have all the Rifts and most of the non-Rifts hardcovers on a shelf so it adds to the collection nicely. I was a little upset that they did a Gold Edition hardcover outside the insider but I love the red lettering as it goes with the blue of Lemuria book and the blue of the NG books. Kev's dragon is cool as always, bigger than normal, but Chuck did this amazing monster on the inside title page. Not sure what it is but I am hoping to find it in the book. As always this is probably my favorite part of the insider.

Fourth, the "top secret" feature. I have to admit I really like this and it is really interesting to see the changes just since the Raw Preview. I plan to compare the Raw Preview, this advanced preview and the final work just to see the editing process at work.

Fifth, the ten prints are really good. I was worried that these would be older pieces that I might already have but they are all new. Walton, Mumah, and Bradshaw do great work as always with later having a really freaky print from Garden of the Gods (seriously what's with the frog) and Ashbaugh has an amazing piece from faces of Death too. Four pieces were from Titan Robotics book by Steve Cummings. Really great work but I don't recognize the name so wondering if he is new to PB or if I just missed his previous work.

Finally, the concept sketch was Walton's concept of the Cerebro-Scrambler from page 94-95. I really like this one as I like the pictures that are more than the monster adding either a person or some action to bring it to life. In this case I think it is picture of the Cerebro-Scrabler and his Psi-Stalker lunch but I will have to read more to know for sure.

Curious as to how others liked the Insider, especially if you were the Ultimate Benefactor.

Chose 2 In memory: for my Dad who passed from Alzheimer's in 2017 & another friend who passed in 2018 at only 37 from a heart attack. The friend was in my first adult RIFTS group, and Dad was in a PFRPG game with me, along with playing the VERY memorable Court Martial at the beginning of the group that i still pay with in various configurations, nearly 20 years later.

I thought I was supposed to mentioned somewhere in the book, guess not. Oh well.

Which Insider did you get? Did you contact Alex?

I honestly don't remember. It was the $17 one, I think. But I can't really remember what that one included.

Sounds like Cyber Insider so your name should be listed in that section of the insiders page.

I was a Cyber Insider but they "lost" my info so I'm not even on that page. I had to call and e-mail them just to get my copy of the .pdf.

The names I submitted are in the front listing... but I also had to call to get my copy sent to me.

Kevin "customized" my books with something that I have asked in the last three Christmas Surprise packages, a Temporal Raider with a Dragon!...enough said: awesome! The rest of the package was the usual "Ultimate Benefactor" stuff...I love Palladium!
