A debate came up involving Armageddon Unl.
Would a character with Lycanthropy and APS Silver make the character immune to silver weapons, or an impossible combination?

I don't think APS Silver makes the character specially immune to silver. So I would say that the lycanthrope can still be hurt by silver, but withiun the limits of the APS power (natilural A.R. must be overcome). Also note that per HU2, this combo is not doable because it would be two powers which alter the characters body, and the book restricts you to one.
However, the character could easily combine Lycanthropy with Matter Expulsion: Silver, and the headachecaused by the APS power would be eliminated.

Thanks for the reply. I'll bring it up next session.

If you do play the character, the first time they change to silver, they die.
But according to the books as written, it is illegal (as long as you ignore Kelvin, Mr APS Ice and Fire).

actually.... I have another take on it, if a lycanthrope could have alter physical structure silver, they would be immune to silver when in silver form, as soon as they shift back to their normal (lycanthrope form) the silver vulnerabilities would immediately kick in. the best that they could hope for is some "resistance" to silver, such as say a 5% /level (possibly with a 10-25% base) or similar that any silver attack is ignored by their body as it thinks (for a moment) that the aps power is kicking in.

I ignore the "only 1 transformation" with the idea you can do both if the power makes sense. Also, in this case, I'd alter the vulnerability of silver to gold (moon to sun) and include a sun-related insanity. Now the headache is over and there is still balance.
I have a character with monstrous form (linked winged flight into it as well) and APS stone to make a living gargoyle ala Demona. She could become stone, gargoyle or stone gargoyle. But as stone she can't fly. That's how I turned her around as a playable character. Does help when she's hiding on gothic buildings though.
