No. The company considers all aspects of its rules protected intellectual property and does not permit the creation of anything resembling a SRD. However, the forum dwellers around here are very knowledgeable and eager to share their information. Ask your questions in the correct sub-forum and you can count on being directed to anything that you might wish to know.

You're mostly preaching to the choir, man. Palladium does as KS wants though and no amount of arguing seems to sway him.

I know this is necro-ing a very old thread, and I'm not sure if anyone's still reading this but since I came across this page while searching if there was a RIFTS SRD, just be ware people, game rules - to my knowledge - cannot be intellectual property

It'd be better to read more here for a clearer understanding.

Oh, yeah, Palladium's wild overuse of threatening and CoDs were an absolute paper tiger, and are even more laughable now when one considers their purported defense against the theft involved in RTT was a lack of funds. A SRD might have been wildly useful even 10 years ago, but is less so now because everyone whom hasn't written off the rule system decades ago is fully vested in a sunk-cost fallacy. While sour grapes over D20 are half the reason a SRD was never attempted, I think the more important thing to consider is that K.S., even if all the computery-stuff is handled for him, is demonstrably incapable of editing together a useful reference. I do think there have been freelance writers that could have done so, whom have mostly been run off.

If nobody else is willing to, I can...

I'll get back to you on progress, if any.

well that all comes down to that book...I want to say WotC put out that included system transfer stats for Palladium gods. In order to keep that from happening, Palladium's had to show the same amount of protection on their IP. At least that's how I was told.
