Argent Goodson in my 'Dark Queen' rumor-gambit would NOT be easily turned*, if at all. He's 100% pro-ARCHIE-3 and has all the makings of a recurrent nemesis, even, or ESPECIALLY, if Daddy Toaster bought it at the hands of the Free Shemarrians.

*Not without the equivalent of the sort of cyber sweat-down/torture that would make anybody who's watched 'The Manchurian Candidate' cringe, and bring howls from the proponents of the Silicon Valley Conventions on Cyber-Sentience and Prisoners of the InfoWars(the ones that aren't watching the Cylon/Colonial trials in the Hague). Frankly, most of the Free Shemarrians would rather just shott him and melt him down, then fire the resulting slag into the sun.

I really need to get back with my Rifts Terra segment to the campaign... the Sapphire Cobra & Wayfinder tribes have been (briefly) introduced, and the uncivil-war revealed.
OH, and the first dispora of the Hawkmoon.

Now to REALLY get things moving *ebil grin*

It’s essentially a cluster of the biggest guns the engineers could get away with bundle-mounting on a single large engine, wrap-tied in heavy armor, with the pilot and everything else necessary to fly the thing stuck in the gaps almost as afterthoughts. It’s also stodgy and so narrow-focused in its design that it can potentially kill its pilot unless that worthy is paying attention all the time and is very VERY good, or very lucky. The ‘Kadia’ is a heavy aerospace fighter that has only recently begun appearing in the ranks of the Skullcrusher Aerospace Forces. The Kadia is believed to another one of several projects initiated by the new Skullcrusher WarGoddess Nerys Night-Sunder to revive the pride and sense of purpose of the troubled Tribe.
The Kadia(named for a past and fallen Skullcrusher Wargoddess, Kadia MinionMauler) is a decidedly ugly craft, with a wide cylindrical main hull, large aft thruster array, two stub wings, and a foward ‘coffin’ cockpit in which the pilot lays almost supine, wedged between the four powerful grav-cannons that run over half the length of the ship. The fighter’s armor and armament configuration are designed around constant, steady attacks on the enemy, the pilot closing rapidly with the target, and mauling it with heavy cannon fire, while soaking up whatever point defense fire is thrown back. The heavy direct-fire armament of the Kadia assures that its sheer weight of firepower can obliterate most other contemporary fighters within only one or two melee rounds of combat. Against larger targets, the Kadia often leads attacks, the strategy being that the Kadias are expected to do enough damage in their opening approach that the way is cleared for the slower fighters in the Kadias’ wake to make their attacks. The Ghostriders have charitably refered to the Kadia as a ‘linebacker’; others have regarded the Skullcrusher fighter as a ‘flying cannon’ or a ‘death sled’.
The Kadia is heavily armored, heavily armed, and, like most Shemarrian fighters, possessed of godawfully high acceleration and deceleration. What it isn’t, is terribly maneuverable, especially in atmospere, where it has all the fine handling characteristics of a brick. The positioning of the cockpit in front of the wide central hull drum, and stick between the accelerator arrays of the main cannon, affords the pilot very little visibility in case of sensor failure, and a very difficult time attempting to exit the craft in a hurry in event of a forced bailout. The Kadia is also heavily dependent on ammunition-based weaponry, which limits its endurance in protracted combat once its magazines run dry and the pilot forced to rely on a brace of light pulse lasers(several variants have emerged to attempt to address this fault).
The Kadia is exclusive to the Skullcrushers, appearing only in their squadrons.

1) Grav-Cannon(4)---These four heavy gravitic massdriver cannons dominate the front end of the fighter, and deliver a hellacious rate of fire, able to chew through even capital ship armor. The Skullcrushers have reportedly been experimenting with ‘shotgun’ ammunition types as well, to improve the cannons’ effectiveness in sandblasting missile salvoes and fighter formations.

The pulse lasers give the Skullcrusher pilots something to use to continue the fight when their cannon and missile ammunition are all used up.

* EShe-F05B---This variant replaces the heavy grav-cannon with laser cannons, increasing damage and ammunition capacity(as long as the fighter can still generate power). A popular alternative to the standard grav-cannon model, this variant has a reputation for running ‘hot’ and some pilots have reportedly melted the cannon in protracted firefights.

* EShe-F05E---The ‘E’ variant replaces the grav-cannons with Light Plasma Torpedo Launchers---A direct line of sight energy weapon firing a bolt of plasma that ‘splashes’ on target. The downside of these weapons is that the Kadia lacks a tractor beam system to accurately actively guide them on target, making them strictly direct fire weapons.

* EShe-F05G---This variant mounts Light Disruptor Cannon in place of the grav-cannons. These weapons were developed from reverse-engineering Golgan Republik armaments and their performance improved upon by Shemarrian engineers. Though the cannons on the Kadia enjoy better range and damage that equivalent weapons on Golgan ships(a fact the Golgans are certain to find galling if they learned of it), the F05G remains rather unpopular, compared to other variants, for its relatively low weapons range and damage.

The ‘Apetaur’ is another Horrorwoods ‘mongrel’ warmount whose ancestry seems to be a mix of Creax Armored Rover, Kittani War Crab, and Titan Robotics Combat Robot. The quad-legged lower torso of the Creax serves as the base of a heavily armored torso, carrying massive shoulders and arms that reach all the way to the ground, and a hunched forward head that is a cross between the Creax’s and a gorilla or mandril. The rider sits on the back of the neck, shielded by the flange-like shoulders on either side.
The Apetaur is slow and ponderous, but incredibly strong, and for a Warmount, very intelligent, so much so that it is arguably truly sentient. The Apetaur is possessed of a gorilla-like intelligence and attitudes and can be described as a gentle giant for the most part, but is possessed of near-berserker rage when angered. The Apetaur is smart and profficient enough with its large hand-paws that it can perform simple labor tasks, and can hold and use simple weapons like clubs and giant swords, though not firearms. In combat, though, the Apetaur is just as likely to pick up and throw objects(trees, boulders, enemy troops) at an enemy. The Apetaur’s higher intelligence also gives the Warmount a higher psionic potential, reflected in the giants’ greater sensitivity and perception of their surrounding environment.
Because of their slow speed, but great versatility, Apetaurs frequently are assigned to rear-echelon roles in the Horrorwoods Tribe, supporting caravans, escorting tribal movements, large animal herding, and helping defend settlements. Tinkers and Shamanesses often ride Apetaurs and use them as giant assistants, and Horrorwoods ‘Forest Wardens’ often include them as part of patrols and work details. In the Shemarrian Star Nation Horrorwoods planetary enclaves, Apetaurs are a common sight around settlements, helping in labor-intensive operations such as construction projects and civil engineering.

Systems of Note:
Full optical systems, laser targeting, passive nightvision, telescopic vision, thermal imaging, infrared, ultraviolet, and polarization filters. Also has motion and heat detection, built-in radar( 60 mile range) and other standard power armor-equivalent systems. Additional/special sensors may be built in by the creating Spinsters/Tinkers or at the behest of individual riders/owners.
Some Apetaurs even sport sensor masts similar to those mounted on the Titan Robots.

*Bionic Cybernanite Repair Systems---ALL Apetaurs have the same bionic nanotech repair system that the Ecotroz Shemar have refitted themselves with, and which is becoming the standard among NeShemar as well. These systems repair 4d6 MD per hour, and can repair 40 MDC before needing material stocks to convert to MD repair material.


Weapons Systems:
1) Modular Weapons(2)---The Apetaur has provision for torso-mounting two weapons similar to those standard to the Monstrex. Plus, it can mount autocannon similar to those on the Creax:

2)Retractable Vibroclaws----The three-fingered hand-paws of the Apetaur feature retractable vibro-claws similar to Titan Robotics designs.

3) (Optional) Handheld Weaponry---The Apetaur can hold and use oversized melee weapons such as maces, axes, clubs, and swords. Apetaurs are often supplied with copies of such weapons as the Triax H-series Electro-Mace, Vibro-Axe, Blast Hammer, and Defense Shield, although Apetaurs are just as likely to uproot a tree to use as a club, pick up and throw loose rubble and vehicles, or catapult/swing unlucky enemy soldiers as improvised melee weapons.

4)(Optional) Forearm-Mounted Rail Gun(s)---Each forearm can be fitted with a rail gun similar to the T-001 rail gun of the TCR.

Damage: 1d4 MD single shot, 1d4x10 MD per 80 rd burst

5)(Optional) Shoulder Missile Launchers(2)---The Apetaur can be fitted with large shoulder missile launchers similar to those mounted on the Titan Combat Robot. Each launcher has 150 MDC and holds 5 medium range missiles.

Programming:
The Ecotroz have installed robotic AIs, then infected the matrix with a low-level Ecotroz sentience. The Apetaur has a very intelligent(high animal/low primate) persona similar to that of a gorilla; calm, curious, affectionate with friends, but vicious and savage when threatened or when defending its rider/friends. They bond readily with their riders, fight alongside them, and have been known to carry stricken riders from the battlefield. They can express themselves through grunts and howls, though it has also been reported that some older Apetaurs may express/entertain themselves with crude attempts at art(the equivalent of rough finger-painting or drawing in dirt) or music(banging objects together for sound effects).

The Ecotroz fragment does occasionally need sleep/rest...though they only need 2 hours of rest/meditation per 24 hours...they can push this, going without for as many days as they have I.Q. points, but will have to go dormant for 4d6 hours after such exertion.
Susceptible to Exorcism and Banish spells, but are +6 to save against such spells, +1 at levels 4, 8, and 12 of experience, and becoming IMMUNE at level 14 and up. Such Banishment causes the ‘bot to revert to its default robot programming. (OPTION: Ecotroz may become IMMUNE to Exorcism and Banishment with experience, and NEW BUILT EShemar constructs are immune to this)

Note also that the Ecotroz-possessed ‘bot can infect other bots with the Ecotroz viral-entity, by bite or sustained touch(takes 3 attacks).

Variants:
*EcoS-K-19Sc---The Skullcrushers have somehow managed to acquire the templates for the Apetaur and now construct and Awaken their own. The Horrorwoods have sometimes expressed concern about granting the Skullcrushers such, as the Tribe’s Apetaurs are much more savage and angry than Horrorwoods warmounts, the Skullcrushers’ versions apparently having acquired the same angry and bloodthirsty attitudes as their riders.
EcoS-K-19Scs get +1 APM, and +1 to strike/parry in melee combat.
Skullcrusher Apetaurs(sometimes called ‘gorillanators’) can be visually distinguished by having more massive jaws(2d4 MD bite) , and are often adorned with spikes(+1d4 to body blocks/rams/kicks) and/or the bones of fallen enemies. Another telltale is that both arms are fitted with ‘Goddess Hammer’ Gatling Cannon---This weapon consists of six rail gun barrels(adapted from the Shemarrian ‘carbine’) in a gatling arrangement, set for rapid-fire, trading range for sheer volume of fire, and fed from ammunition drums on the Apetaur’s back.

Damage: 2d4x10 MD per round, 4d6x10 MD for a three shot burst, 8d6MDx10 for a six shot burst(!)
Rate of Fire: ECHH
Payload: 820 shot drum each gun

as it is there's a slew of stuff for the Star-Nation I can't even touch yet -sigh-

This is obviously not the complex and elaborate thing that taalismn et al. has done with the Ecotroz plot, but maybe some ideas can be useful.

The Legend of Ark
An alternate view of the Shemarrian "Mythology".

Because of that, I need all your creativity for making me a credible backstory. I'm thinking that the perceived voids in the Shemarrian Tribes history can be used in our advantage. What you think?

Ark took 10 of them and gave them their gifts: cybernetics and advanced weapons, creating the first 10 Shemarrian warriors, the Ten, founders of the original 10 tribes of Shemar. The 2 remaining females were unsuccessful and handicaped clones, but she said, "You two can not fight, but I will give you a task even more important, I'll give to you my knowledge, and with that, you will prosper while I'm gone", creating the first 2 spinsters, and to the male who came , she said, "This is not your fight, but you will have the duty to support, and provide", creating the first hunter Shemarrian. Finally Ark told its chosen 13: "Go, Free all the ones you can." The Chosen 13 came with hundreds of thousands of Shemarrians, and, with the power of Ark, were converted into what we are now.
And we drive the Splugorth of our land.
Fought the demons and deevils, and won.
But finally, a race of biomechanical beings like us, called mechanoids, defeated us, taking our goddess hostage. We got it released, but the cost was tremendous. We were forced to flee our home planet and we roamed the megaverse for millennia, until we came to Earth.
This land, which is very like the one that was our home, so we stay to protect it until the end. "

Ark
Transferred intelligence robot (With part of the essence of ARCHIE 3)
Ark appears as a 4 armed, golden, feather winged, armored clad female, with a soft, but mechanical voice. "She" is the receptacle of the transfered intelligence of ARCHIE 3. If is killed in battle, the essence will return to the ARCHIE computer in Aberdeen, Maryland, without any real damage to him (but he will be vulnerable for a little time in the Astral Plane). In any case, ARCHIE will NOT deploy Ark except as a last resort, prefering to appears in "Visions" to their Shemarrian "Bethren". Also, ARCHIE is diverting the production of Shemarrians to a new complex buried into Dinosaur Swamp, and overseen directly by "Ark". That's for circunventing the usage of the Object Read psionic power and for strengthing the myth about the existence of a "Shemarrian secret Citadel".

Note 1:The Intelligence Transfer Technology used in "Ark" was stolen from Triax by ARCHIE agents in Germany, and ARCHIE is evaluating using that technology for creating a "Demi-Shemarrian", a Shemarrian android body with a human psionic essence and memories, but he hasn't still found a appropiate candidate for being the bridge between Shemarrians and Humans.

Note 2: Ark is really Hagan's version of Archee Phoenix, making it more pleasant to the view, more "godlike" and more akin to the Shemarrian Pseudo-Myth. The name "Ark" was chosen by ARCHIE because it reminds him the Noah Ark myth (as Ark saving the Shemarrians from extintion and carrying them to Earth) and because it's sounds very like his own name.

The Machine Goddess Ark. (A-ARK-02)
Transfered Intelligence Robot.
Size: 6Mt. Weigth: 1.8Ton
MDC:3000 + 1000 MDC Force Field.
4 arms, 12 attacks per round. 2 arms are outfitted the same railguns used by shemarrians, but scaled to bigger size, making 3D6x10 MDC (and the effects of the Glitter Boy's Boom Gun).
24 x Short range guided "Missiles" that appears like flying birds and use Mechanoid based technology for appearing completely alien.
4 x Long Range Proton Torpedoes, styled as golden birds.
Flying speed: Mach 3 on atmosphere, using Mechanoid countergravity technology. Space flight capable, but doesn't have FTL capabilities... Yet.
Full range of sensors and Comms, including satellite and access codes to Cyberworks Networks - CAN defense grid
And the full powers and capabilities of ARCHIE (psionics, etc. )
EDIT: The "Magic" powers of Ark.
Ark has the following "powers" using the so called magic emulation and his own psionic powers.

-Ark have ALL the psionic powers and ISP of ARCHIE 3. The ARCHIE 3 psionic essence is originally artificial and linked to his computer brain, and, because of that, his powers doesn't degrade with the transfer.

-Holographic projectors, like the ones installed in Ava, and allows ARCHIE 3 to use all his psionic powers and weaponry masked as if they was magic.

-Radio and detection Jamming devices like the ones present in the SAMAS Wild Weasel.

-Ark can use techno-wizard devices, fuelling them with his vast pool of ISP. Some of them includes lightning bolt and solar beam generators, and can be swapped on the fly.

-Wind, lightning and fire generators, masked as "Spells" with the holographic device. Each of that does 6D6 MDC of damage max. (I don't own Rifter #53, and because of that I don't know anything about ARCHIE spell emulation technology, but I can guess...)

-All the external covering of Ark is adaptative camouflage, similar to the Naruni technology.

-The final weapon of Ark is the "Ark's Judgement": the Holographic generators and jamming devices fire at maximum power to mask the fact that ARCHIE 3 is using a Positron Cannon!. A Positron Cannon is a experimental anti-matter weapon that uses a very high power laser to blast a gold target, creating a big stream of positrons, accelerating them with a railgun-like device, and discharging them thru the vacuum created by the laser itself. 1D6x100 MDC to a target and 3D6x10 MDC in a 30 Mt. area, with 2 Km. Range. This weapon can be fired only 4 times, and once for turn. The holographic projection shown masks the weapon as if Ark is using a variant of the "annihilation" spell, and one only can discern that the spell is not being used with a Lore: Magic check with a -40% penalty. The fact that the cannon actually fires Antimatter only increases the difficulty of the check. The weapon is concealed in the arms of Ark, and each arm can shoot only once.

I wonder if we'll see anymore info on the Shadow Blade(? I can't remember if that's the correct name) / tribe of monsters, that's been mentioned a few times throughout??

I left that deliberately hanging, with a list of various theories about it. Myth, rumor, a spawning of the still-developing Free Shemarrian social dynamic, a new race of Shemarrian -like/alternate Shemarrian beings, or wannabes wanting to cash in on the Shemarrian mystique? You can decide. :D
I believe that 89er also floated an idea for a 'Monster Tribe' of Shemarrian rebels who deliberately strayed away from being beautiful to focus on becoming the physical embodiment of Hagan's fears; that too was incorporated by me into the various theories about the Shadownblades.

I know that you are going to say that :P
In any case, ARCHIE 3 with all his madness is very capable to do that, and more.
By example, ARCHIE can start to feel Jealous if Hagan falls for a girl. Bad thing for poor Hagan, being pulled between a girl and a mad supercomputer.
This can be integrated with the whole Ecotroz thing?. Yes, of course. If ARCHIE 3 starts to suspect that someone is starting to take over his Shemarrians and adding a lot of things to their Mythos, he will try to take direct control of the issue, maybe asking Hagan to make more histories, and generating a fake "Religious Crusade" between the infected Shemarrians, and pure Shemarrians. Add a Goddess and a couple of prophets (Demi-Shemarrians, like the NeShemar?) and you have instant fun for everyone! (except the Splugorth).
In any case, I created the Ark myth as a alternate story plot. I'm still correcting some issues with Shemarrian Nation (I readed the book only past Sunday) and ending the stats of Ark (all this info is being extracted directly from my running campaign. The Ark info is for the next chapter) but it can be used alone. The other thing I have to end is the Demi-Shemarrian Prophet. The story of a Female Merc Borg that had a personal crusade aganist the Splugorth, died from it, and was "resurrected" as a Shemarrian Android by Ark herself (or ARCHIE himself... this is turning WEIRD).
The Project has been called codename: Lazarus, and the name has been selected again by ARCHIE (and Hagan is very bored with the bad and unimaginative name choices of his partner).

Full stats of Ark coming soon...

And seriously, is very probable that the "Perfect" candidate ends being someone with that Hagan had a crush before.
(and no, no Raven McCoy-Desmond Masters!).
At least, in my campaign, the "Chosen" was a Female (and quite attractive) Techno-Hound Headhunter, and yes, Hagan had a crush on her (and her boyfriend nearly crushed Hagan for that... I mentioned that her boyfriend is a Full Conversion Borg?).

The two sixty-millimeter rapid-fire massdriver cannons on the shoulders of Sir Vladimir Hammer, Knight of the Earth and assault chassis-cyborg hummed, and then proceeded to spit nearly a hundred projectiles in rapid succession.
Moments later, a swath of terrain blossomed in nuclear plasma that obliterated the massed enemy troops pinned down in front of Silvermoon Serenity's position. The day seemed a lot brighter after that.
"And THAT is how I support my girlfriend" the massive Russian cyborg and Shemarrian-by-adoption explained to the gobsmacked sidekick. "With close plunging artillery support on demand."


Hahahahaha. I will change the names (and the Cyborg model) in that scene and I will put it directly on my campaign.
And now, let´s get serious for a moment. A scene, just pulled from the last chapter of my ongoing Rifts campaign.

Veronica, The first Demi-Shemarrian
-ARCHIE, partner, please save her!.

And ARCHIE thinked: Well, partner, I think I will need a lot of your creativity for pulling this.

The plan was perfect. The “A-Company” Mercenary group has been planned this for long, but they need a perfect plan, because they are trying to do the impossible: Enter the Lone Star complex and get the research files of Desmond Bradford. For them, this is personal. Because of that, they were expelled from the Coalition States Army, and because of his research they lost their captain, and one of his friends was forced to become a Borg. But for Hagan... For him, is only a game. He have everything, because he is the idea man of ARCHIE 3, the most powerful supercomputer in the world, and the secret owner of Titan Robotics, a multi-million high-tech business. But he is here for the thrill, and for getting a first hand’s glimpse of the top-secret Bradford projects. Or at least, he was in for that, until he meet Veronica.
Veronica Reyes, a member of the “A-Company”, Formerly a CS Technical Specialist. A Head Hunter, but not a ordinary one, but a “Techno-Hound”. A girl obsessed with technology, and with fighting. And a Borg too, with a NG “Kid” humanoid body, complete with artificial skin, and a gorgeous one indeed.
She represented anything Hagan dreamed of. She looked like a Berserker, tinkered with machines like a Spinster, and fought like a War Goddess, but she was caring, nice, and motherly, like a Pariah. She reunited all the features he put into the Shemarrians, and because of that, Hagan looked at her with other eyes.
But the plan failed. The safety systems of the different floors has been cracked, the fake id’s for the infiltrators was ok, everything was running smoothly, and Hagan, from the APC of the company, and with the secret help of his “Partner” ARCHIE 3, got rid of all the protections from the Lone Star computer system. But someone else interfered, and the mercenary company was nearly obliterated. The girl´s boyfriend, a Full Conversion Borg, tried to save her, but he couldn’t match the firepower of the things in the Bradford´s basement and was severely damaged. The rest of the company, mages, soldiers, even a demi-god, tried in vain to save her, but Veronica was killed. Her body blown into pieces, and her head nowhere to be found. But Hagan had an ace up on his sleeve. The fake CS Skelebots that he and ARCHIE has infiltrated into the coalition long time ago.
Hagan begged ARCHIE, and he started searching the head of Veronica with the fake Skelebots.
He found it, but it was in very bad shape. Her brain was not dead but was severely damaged. ARCHIE tinkered with it, like a child with a broken toy, but he can’t do anything, unless he do something dramatic, something that he’s saving for other moment, but maybe she was the one. He took the files stolen months ago from Triax and assembled a M.O.M. device, but a very special one, one that can transfer the Psychic Essence and memories of a person to a specially crafted computer system, a computer system very like himself. And in the binary domain, he is God. He can fix the memories of Veronica, and patch her brain, improve it, and give her a superior body, a fully robotic body, a body in his image.
But ARCHIE can’t afford to reveal his existence to a stranger. For that, ARCHIE took a idea he had a lot of time ago, and requested Hagan to improve it. ARCHIE will become Ark, the Machine Goddess of the Shemarrians, and by her Might and Benevolency, Veronica will rise from the dead like a Phoenix, but not as a human, not even as a Cyborg, but as one of her (his) childs. A Shemarrian Gynoid.
She will not know about that, because she was to be abandoned alone, without knowing what happened to her (except for the fact that she is now, a Gynoid), and without hints about the Shemarrians, or the plan ARCHIE had planned with Hagan for the future, but she is, for ARCHIE, another piece in his game of world domination, and one that can be used against the CS, against the Splugorth, against the Shemarrian Dissidents, and even, if the necessity arises, against Hagan himself.

And I'll adapt one of your ideas in return.
The Ark, I note is a '02' model....so here's the set-up:
There was a -01, maybe even a -00, -001B, -001C...prototypes for various projects, test articles for various systems(the sum of which is the -02) to see how they perform outside VR simulation.
One of these prototypes was a test of the transferred intelligence system installed in a four-armed 'Goddess' about roughly 1/3 the size of the final Ark model. ARCHIE-3 could have just as easily possessed it directly himself, but also wanted to see how the organic-to-computer transfer would work(in case he ever had to use it to save Hagan's essence). So he pulls a random fleshbag from one of the villages under his control and has the poor sap brain-curdled and swapped into the new body to see what happens.
At some point during the field testing, the prototype escapes(exact mechanism unknown), and because of the transferred intelligence now possessing it, Archie-3 cannot simply step into it and possess the -01. And the GPS tracker's been disabled somehow.
Fortunately, the transferred soul is amnesiac and fairly benign, but possessed of an angel's own larma, because she somehow manages to keep escaping from ARCHIE's search parties. Indeed, the prototype seems to have assimilated the whole Shemarrian mythos because she's wandering the landscape like a proselytzing holy woman, using her built-in capabilities to perform miracles and spread the word of Shemarrian goodness without any particular slant. Worse(or betetr) depending on how you look at it) she's acquiring non-Shemarrin followers.
The -01 in this case is, as mentioned, not as large or as powerful as the Ark is going to be, nor does it/she have massive weapons systems, nor even the body armor or hand weapons scaled for her, forcing her to make do with what she can find. The persona installed is peaceful, generally pacifistic(a simple soul), and currently believes she is the avatar of a Goddess, if not actually THE Goddess, but has access to the full-range combat programming of a standard Shemarrian War Goddess, that comes into play like a combat fugue when she's endangered. However, the frame does have a number of experimental systems(like nanite regeneration, holographic projection, micro-surgical suite, and what not), and the -01 is still VERY powerful compared to standard Shemarrians/ARCHIE'bots, and the average power armor.
A3 wants the -01 back, or destroyed, or neutralized, but the delusional prototype is helping muddy the waters about the Shemarrians, so it plays into A3 and Hagan's matryoshka strategy quite nicely...provided she doesn't somehow blow the lid on the whole Shemarrian scheme. The dissidents have also started to hear rumors about the 'Golden Goddess' and jhave their own questions; is she a lost sister? A new Tribe? A trap? Could she provide them with information on the Dark One and the inner sanctum of darkness(no, she can't, but she can bake cookies like you wouldn't believe). And there's this whole new cult of followers who could greet the Shemarrians(either side) as fellow believers in their new 'goddess', but by the same token, would go berserk on anybody who tried to harm or take their goddess away.

In my case, it was merely a coincidence. I made this NPC called Veronica Reyes, a girl from a Mexican family that fleed from Mexico's vampires and took residence in Chi Town after a long pilgrimage, her father was accepted into citizenship because he was a very knowledgeable operator, lost one arm when had 13, playing with his father's tools, got a bionic one (and a obsession with technology and the fraility of the human body), entered the CS military, meet the rest of their team, completed the CS Tech Spec training, the Fly Ace pilot training, got a medal for destroying a Splugorth slave barge ramming it with a Warbird Rocket Bike (and got a long stay in the hospital for that), got into the CS Full Conversion Borg program, and after that was dishonorably discharged with her team in a very confusing incident involving Dr. Bradford research, and the capture of the Prosek's son and wife. After that, all the things set in motion, including the team becoming a mercenary company named the A-Company (because they found some vids in a ruined pre-rifts restaurant, and one of them was some chapters of the A-Team), having one of their members awakening powers as a Demi-God of Loki (as part of the Bradford's experiments in Alien genetics), a RSCG member turning Ley Line Wizard, the Captain of the team being killed and the boyfriend of Veronica being severely wounded, forcing the team´s cyberdoc to put the brain of him into the captain´s cyborg body, and a Russian descended operator turning Techno-Wizard.
After that, the company recruited a City Rat Girl in Kingsdale, that become a Mind Melter, they meet the Valkyries, took part in the Juicer Uprising, fought side by side with Julian the Third, recovered some things for Bandito Arms CEO, have a elf girl joined the team as "secretary", the vampire brother of Veronica (yes, the elder brother of Veronica, Carlos Reyes, is a Vampire) controlled her, and used her to imprision the soul of Veronica´s boyfriend into a Rune Sword, do a quest involving going to Palladium World, making deals with the nordic, greek and Palladium light gods, recruiting a Native American Chaman and a Totem Warrior, releasing a Slave Borg girl turned mining borg, and his "Little Brother" (a dragon hatchling) from the Splugorth, and finally released Veronica's boyfriend soul from the Sword. After that, they decided to unravel the misteries surrounding Bradford research into things better left untouched (Rune magic, the blood of gods, and a lot of other creepy things, thanks to Loki and Hel´s intervention) and the ill fated expedition to the CS Lone Star. Hagan joined the party because Hel is trying to reopen the gate to the Mechanoid dimension, a plot showcased in Rifts CB2: Pantheons of the Megaverse, and he (and ARCHIE) is feeling guilty, because is their fault that Hel knows the coordinates (she, as the goddess of the dead, captured the soul of the poor Shifter that opened the gate, and extracted from him the coordinates of the Mechanoid Dimension).
As you can see, is not a pun related to Archie and Veronica, and when I started writing all this stuff, I don't think that Veronica will end being A-DSHE-01 Veronica. but at the end, the script writes itself, and here, in Chile, Archie Comics are not very popular.

In facts, there's a more recurring pun, that ARCHIE in Chile is the name of the Association of Radio Stations of Chile (ARCHI, but it's spelled ARCHIE)
"So, in the future, the Radio Stations become evil and created supercomputers trying to dominate the world?"

Veronica is the kind of person that wants to fix all, from jet engines to personal relationships. She have a outgoing personality, and is always giving her opinion in anything. She is very protective to their friends and family, and hates injustice, specially enslavement, innocent killing and torture, but she is a woman of action, and she will not have any remorse in killing a villain, but is reluctant to kill persons that are only following orders, prefering to incapacitate them. In more than one ocasion, Veronica had taken command posts but she doesn't like to being a leader, and thinks herself more as a adviser. When she is not fixing something, she is building something. Building skills, building machines, building anything. Veronica can't stay without making or fixing something. Veronica was always worried about the fraility of the human body, and, because of that, she consider bionic agumentation and cybernetics a wonderful thing, and she is a little obsesed with that, being quickly angered when someone says that borgs are not humans. Because of that, she took very well her conversion in a gynoid, considering it a big advantage, and curiously, she feels more human and alive than ever (maybe some of the Ava's personality merged with Veronica's mind?).
Her friends are the A-Company Merc. Company, her former partners when she was a CS Technical Specialist. The company main members are a Cyber-Doc (Michael “Two Bones” McAllister), a Elite RPA SAMAS pilot turned Demi-God (Marcus “Mad Dog” McCain), a RSCG researcher turned Ley-Line walker, and her best friend (Silk Hailey), a russian-descent CS Operator turned Techno-Wizard and Mystic Kuznya (Boris Korsakov), and a CS Military Specialist turned Borg, childhood friend and her boyfriend (Alejandro Herrera).
She hates Vampires for forcing her family to flee Mexico and turning her brother into one of them, the Splugorth, she feels pity to the CS, because she now knows the atrocities they are doing, and she thinks that the D-Bees are not intrinsecally evil, and they have the right to prove they can be friendly to humans. She distrust magic, but doesn't hate it, because 2 of her best friends turned into magic-users after fleeing the CS, and one of them has been turned into a Demi-god by the weird experiments of Desmond Bradford.

That's because ARCHIE wanted to give Veronica true freedom (as an experiment in human nature) and because its very probable that the devices will be found by her or by her friends, compromising the image of Ark as a benevolent machine goddess, and he nearly ruined that with the Ava’s experiment.

1) Arm Particle Beam Cannons(2). Veronica’s original body has 2 of these, and they are nearly identical to the twin PB cannons found in the FIWS system, but linked to her internal power source. They are less powerful than ARCHIE 3 Mechanoid-based technology, but ARCHIE doesn’t want Veronica to know anything of his advanced weapon technology, yet.

In the Ava’s experiment, ARCHIE 3 find out (in the wrong way) that the Shemarrian skill programming fused with her original skills, and he used that knowledge for adding part of the Spinster programming, specifically their knowledge in robotics and medicine, to Veronica, but not without a cost.
The skills added by ARCHIE 3 reprogramming are:
Aircraft Mechanics: 88%. She had this skill, but it was improved by ARCHIE 3.
MD in Cybernetics: 88%
MD in Bionics: 88%. That includes the mind transfer procedure!
Robot Mechanics: 88%. She can fix ARCHIE 3 technology, except weapons, without the penalty for being “Alien”.

She still “thinks” in spanish, but due to the extensive neural damage she got when her cyborg body was completely destroyed in the Lone Star Complex failed raid, she can’t talk in spanish, even through a universal translator. Worse, she doesn’t realize that she is not talking in spanish, but in english.

Note: At the beginning, Veronica doesn't know about the Shemarrians at all, and these knowledge will start to have sense, when she starts to "comprehend" her destiny. The first contact of Veronica and the Shemarrians probably involves a Shemarrian war party engaged and being defeated by the Splugorth, or a lone Shemarrian Spinster, Mystic or a Shemarrian Pariah.

In the original version, I used the Shemarrian Warrior body as a comparison, but Veronica (and the Demi-Shemarrians in general) are completely "Human" in appeareance, and have no visible bionics, except for the antennae.

Other thing more related directly to Shemarrian Myth that I been thinking is that the Spinsters should know that the Shemarrians are really Androids, but that's the first and most important secret that a Spinster has to keep in order to be one of them. In the Shemarrian Myth of Ark and the exodus, Ark trusted the first 2 spinsters with the secret of Techno-Fusion (suposedly psi essence transfer, but ARCHIE doesn't had that technology at that time), but all other Shemarrians think that the Techno-Fusion was a Cybernetic agumentation process, and they had organic flesh. They (the Spinsters) believe that the warrior and male castes of Shemarrians doesn't need to know that terrible secret, because that will compromise their vision, their beliefs (afterlife and so on), and, specially, their bond to the land, and they will start to question the benevolency and goodness of her goddess. The warrior castes doesn't know really how Shemarrians are born, because is a secret process teached only to the "Little Sisters" and some of they believe (but doesn't comment that) that they are created via Splugorth-stolen cloning technology (curiously, Lord Splyncyrth believes the same), and because of that, there's so little male Shemarrians (less genetic material, more cloning failures). But Spinsters know that Shemarrians are really assembled, and they believe that the minds of Shemarrians are created by Ark, fusing and melding the experiences of the original survivors of the Splugorth-Shemar war, and the "Soul of the warrior" is mystically trasmitted to them to implant in a new body.
In reality, ARCHIE only recently started to assemble Shemarrians in fully Spinster-driven factories disguised as "Mystic healing caves", hidden across the Shemarrian Nation, and he send via satellite the Firmwares for the new Shemarrians directly to the Spinsters (and ocassional patchs, updates and bug-fixes). That´s because some adventurer managed to do a Object Read in a Shemarrian corpse, and he saw the (blurry) face of Hagan and discovered that the Shemarrians are human built. The adventurer has been "removed" before the rumor started to gain strength, but the issue has to be addressed somehow. Now, ARCHIE is replacing the Shemarrians on the field with this "Shemarrian Assembled" Shemarrians, and if some adventurer manages to do a Object Read to a Shemarrian (or to Veronica...), he will see Spinsters making it. He will discover the "Truth" about Shemarrians, but not the real Truth.
Other thing that Spinsters believe, is that the original Shemarrian race has very little ISP and PPE, and within generations of transferring their essences to new robotic bodies, only very little and unperceptible traces of this essence had left.

A Spinster received a spoofed ARCHIE Shemarrian Firmware upload transmission (with valid certificates and all of that) near a Ley Line Storm, and she believed that she and her sisters had to build a Shemarrian with that data, beginning the "Illumination" of the Shemarrians.

Halfway through grinding through the Ark-001b runaway and hoping to have it done over the weekend, despite full weekend of work and expected sudden inspirations and need to create new systems. Lot of references to Rifter articles and liberal use of DhAkael's 'damn the rules, they're only suggestions!' philosophy. :D
Maybe, even, at some point, I'll sketch up 'Ava'. 8)

Shemarrian Elite Caste: The Celestials
Goodbones watched the progen chamber; the tall featureless grey egg-shaped device emitted soft pulsating noises in regular rhythm. Satisfied that all was going well with the first Human-Shemarrian pair bond progen child (and the child of the first progen-born at that) the Spinster settled down at her work bench to begin repairing Tysania’s rail-lance.
‘Honestly, the way that warrior keeps using her lance like a club, I’m surprised she wasn’t created as a Berserker’ muttered Goodbones.
So fixated on her repair project, the spinster didn’t see the progen chamber seem to momentarily glow from within with a pure blue-silver light.

[3 days later]

The newest member free-born into the Hawkmoon tribe stood before the shorter medic-technician, nude and still wreathed in mist. Goodbones could only stare wide-eyed and splay antennae at Hope & Vansent’s progeny.
~Not possible! She thought. ~She, no he…no. Lightbringer scorch it all, what do I call this?

The subject of the confused Spinster’s thoughts stretched its limbs and spread the silvery-pinioned wings to their full span. Intricate abstract tattoos of black, silver and blue trailed over the newborn Shemarr’s body from just under the raven black hairline down to ankles. The winged warrior turned its gaze onto Goodbones and smiled shyly.
“I apologize Jhori Moraes for how I appear. I too am surprised.” The Shemarr looked down at its chest; small breasts traced with the lines of its tattoos, and then lower. “Will this be a problem to my joining the rest of the tribe? I assure you, mother and father had nothing to do with this; I would assume the goddess herself chose this for me.”

Goodbones massaged her forehead and twisted an antenna around one of her fingers. It COULD very well present a problem, but then again, Col-Taros Firemane was initiating better integration of the males with the tribe; giving them more responsibilities and authority. Also, this very well might be a sign from the Goddess after all. Motioning a deep breath and sigh, Goodbones shook her head once firmly.
“No young one; no trouble at all. The Matriarch and I will see to that. So what name do you have for yourself? Your mother was named before she even left her progen womb. How about you; going to continue the trend?”

The intersexed Shemarrian new-born furled hur wings and nodded. If one didn’t know better, one could swear the lines of her tattoos glowed just for a moment with blue-silver fire.
“Yes Jhori Moraes Goodbones. My name is Faith Brightlance.” Shi paused for a moment before continuing, “...and I am only the first to come among you.”

My purpose is set and my will defined; those beings that would cross the veil to despoil that which we hold dear…the infernal, the deamonic… they are what our kind was born to stand against. Now if you would please stop starring like a pole-axed rhino-buffalo, I think there are some harpies that need to have their wings clipped, neh?”

A new variant that was originally thought to be a one of a kind aberration, now appearing in small but consistent numbers. The first Celestial was ‘born’ to a human male and the first EctrozShemarrian to be progen-born. The couple engaged in the ritual of progen together as they consummated their relationship physically as well. The result was surprising to say the least. The Shemarrian that exited the progen chamber was of the Berserker type with the hair and “attributes” (albeit smaller than average to the Shemarr) of a female, but had bio-mechanical angel-wings (with micro AG coils in the spine, feet and shoulders), and the tattoos of a male-pattern Shemarr. On later inspection it was revealed that the angel-type was very much like how angels manifest… it was hermaphroditic.
Though uncommon, these “two-sparked” EctrozShemarrians do spontaneously appear, and for some reason only within the Hawkmoon tribe. Exhibiting “natural born” magitech enhancements, and an instinctual knack for daemon fighting, the Celestials are one of the elite, unique members of the Eyries.

Some Spinsters and Psi-shamenesses theorize that the Celestials may be similar in nature to the ‘Athanos’ / Angel-touched that appear from time to time among the humans. Whether this is true has yet to be proven or disproven.

In terms of game stats; they closely follow the Berserker caste body type with the inclusion of the male-Shemarrian tattoos and ‘other’ attributes, along with their E.C.M. gear. Further, the robotic wings acts like micro-jet assisted systems but use the internal antigravity coils instead of actual thruster ports; yes it can be used in Zero-G & vacuum.
“Natural” TW systems include (all at 6th. Level power equivalent):
*Light-blade generators in the hands / forearms (creates the spell effect as opposed to an actual physical hilt device)
*Protection Circle; Superior. The circle is actually within the tattoos inscribed over the Celestials body.
* Sense Evil, See aura, and See the invisible (part of the ‘normal’ robotic optics).
*PPE battery; 120 PPE and regenerates 5 PPE per hour at full activity, 10 per hour at rest. Double the rate on ley-lines and triple on nexus points.

As for skill set, the Celestials are effectively Cyberknights for skills, only their combat skills remain the same as Berserker caste except they can use long ranged weapons (at reduced proficiency). All appropriate skills (besides martial arts & melee weapons) start at level 1. Why this is, has yet to be determined, as it goes against what is known so far about the Progen process. Again, it is postulated that this is to allow the Celestials to ‘learn’ as mortals and to appreciate life as they experience it, as opposed to coming into the world blade in hand and snarl on lips.

Well, it's time to the toaster to try to regain control of his "Mess". Maybe some new toys for "His-Her-Whatever" Shemarrians for balancing their powers with those of the "Bugged" Shemarrians?
The EcoTroz Shemarrians are showing a VERY advanced technological level, even matching (ARCHIE never use the word "Surpassing". Is a forbidden word for him) His. If ARCHIE hopes to regain control, he will have to give the Shemarrians better weapons.
I will present here 3 new additions to the ARCHIE's Shemarrians Arsenal: The Sky-Sweeper warrior, The Lightning Hawk, and The Falcon Glider Wing.

Shemarrian Caste: The Sky Sweepers
A-SHE-SSW-01 Sky Sweeper, also known as the Sky Gifted.
The Sky Sweeper is the answer to the CS Fly Ace pilot (and in the EcoTroz plot, to the Celestial Shemarrians). A Shemarrian programmed to ride "Flying Beasts" and using "Wings", advanced bionic jetpacks with similar features to the ICARUS advanced Jetpack (Juicer Uprising). Based in certain piloting skills data ARCHIE recently aquired, the Sky Sweepers are modified shemarrian warriors, with lower weight frames (180 kg), less MDC (220 + 150 MDC of Armor) but they are fitted with a special Hyperlink that only works with Shemarrian Technology (really, the Hyperlink CAN work with standard human data protocols, but this functionality is sealed by ARCHIE and will only be unlocked when he and Hagan can create a convincing backstory). The Combat capabilities of the Sky Sweepers are the same of the warriors (skills, attributes, etc.), but they have Pilot:Hoverbikes at 98%, Pilot: Flying Combat System at 98%, Navigation 88%, and they have 8 attacks per round, but +1 attack with a Lightning Hawk, and +2 attacks with a Falcon Glider, and they can pilot the mount or the wing without their hands. In facts, the Lightning Hawk and the Falcon Glider doesn't have controls. The first of this Shemarrians leaved the production line in the beginning of 109 P.A. but, the full deployment of this model is underway, starting with the Hawk moon and Horror Woods tribes.
EDIT: The Sky Sweepers uses the hair long, but tied in a braid, and the Hyperlink connector (the "gift of the sky") is in the braid's tip (really, the "gift" is a third, thin antenna, located in the back of the head, and the Sky Sweepers make her braids around the antenna). It appears that ARCHIE got the idea from a old sci-fi movie.


Lightning Hawk
The Lightning Hawk is really a countergravity Sky Cycle, disguised as a silver and black giant Hawklike mount. The Lightning Hawk is faster and deadlier than the CS Wind Jammers. There's 2 variants of this robot (as usual). A wild one, that have silver and black plumage, and a agumented one, that have a lot of their body replaced with black and silver metal, including wings, and have attached missile launchers in their wings and a Rail Gun attached in the lower portion of it's body. It's rumored that some Spinsters had been seen riding wild Lightning Hawks, outfitted with big saddlebags, and some male shemarrians ride the beasts without any saddle, but this has not been confirmed.
In the Shemarrian Myth, the Lightning Hawks were another race native to the Shemarrians homeworld, and become enslaved by the Splugorth, that used them for their foul bio-wizardry. The Shemarrian released them and used them as mounts in the war, but they become extinct in the Mechanoid war. But Ark, in her return, revived the species in Rifts Earth and gived some Shemarrians the "Gift of the Sky", allowing them to mount the hawks in battle, and creating and using advanced jetpacks inspired on them: the Falcon Gliders.

Power Source: Nuclear, with 20 Yr. durability.

Crew: 1 + 1 passenger (risky for the passenger, and max speed limited to cruising speed, -4 dodge and -20% maneuver).
MDC by location:
Main Body: 250 MDC
Wings: 100 MDC, destroying one wing adds a -4 penalty to dodge, a -20% to maneouver skills and eliminates one of the Mini Missile launchers.
Head: 50 MDC, destroying the head eliminates the vehicle's IA.
Pilot: Varies*
Railgun: 50 MDC *
* These are shielded zones that can only be hit with a Called Shot with -6 penalty.
The Lightning Hawk also has a IA and sensors comparable to the Monst-Rex, and it can pilot themself at 88% Skill and have 6 Attacks per round when not rided.
Weapons: The Lightning Hawk has the following weapon systems:
1.- Vibroclaws and beak that does 4D6 MDC. Can grab and lift things like it has PS(R) 40
2.- Can engage in Hand to Hand combat.
The non-wild variety also has the following weapon systems
1.- 6 Mini Missiles or 3 Short Range Missiles per wing (standard ordinance types, but with shemarrian styling). Can be fired in arbitrary sized volleys.

The Falcon Glider
Based in the ICARUS design and some ideas borrowed from Veronica's mind, the Falcon Glider is the ARCHIE answer to the ICARUS Advanced Jet Pack and the CS Black Wing Power Armor. Hagan suggested ARCHIE that they should release to the market a version of this wing, without the Shemarrian styling, and based in conventional propulsion drives, called the AEOLUS (or ICARUS II), but he will wait because is probable that Veronica will end building that vehicle. When this happens, Titan Robotics will market their AEOLUS wing as Knock-Offs of the A-Company/Bandito Arms AEOLUS and nobody will suspect anything.

AEOLUS (TR-AEO01, AC-AEOLUS MK1, NG-AEOLUS) Wing - Falcon Glider (A-FGW-01) Wing.
Weight: 450 Kg, needing a agumented, robotic or supernatural strength for even putting this Jet Pack.
Size: 1.2 m Height, 5 m. Width.
Max Speed: Mach 1.2 only when piloted by a robot or a full conversion cyborg. Mach 1.0 when piloted by a Juicer or similary agumented human. This is because at supersonic speeds, the air drag generates extreme localized temperatures and pressures that can't be whistand by SDC creatures.
Range: The AEOLUS conventional technology nuclear-electric turbofan engines get hot and need to cool after a maximum of 6 Hr. flying at supersonic speeds and 10 hr. flying at 0.5 Mach cruising speed and has a service ceiling of 6 Km (20000ft). The contragravity engines of the Falcon Glider have unlimited range and maximum altitude.
Cargo: None.
Power System: Nuclear. The AEOLUS has a 5 Yr. duration and the Falcon Glider 20 Yr.
MDC by location:
Main Body: 200 MDC
Wings and lateral tilting jet thrusters:150 MDC. Destroying one wing will reduce the speed in 33%, halve the dodge bonuses, and adds a -30% penalty in piloting skills. The missile launcher in this wing is also lost
Railgun Arms / Arm: 50 MDC *
Pilot: As per body armor.
* The railgun arms are not available in the Falcon Glider.
Weapons:
1.- 6 Mini Missiles or 3 Short Range Missiles per wing (standard ordinance types, but with shemarrian styling in the Falcon Glider, standard missiles in the AEOLUS). Can be fired in arbitrary sized volleys.
2.- Railgun Arms. In the AEOLUS, the both flight stick arms are equiped with a hydraulic harness like the russian one or the combat vambrace, ending in a railgun that does 1d6x10 MDC per burst of 30 rounds, 2d6x10 MDC per dual burst (counts as one action), with a 4000 feet (1.2 km) range and have a 3000 rounds (100 bursts) ammo drum in the backpack. The Flying Glider doesn't have this arms, because is piloted via Hyperlink, without using the pilot hands. This allows the Shemarrian Sky Sweeper to use a hand weapon of choice, normally the ARCHIE-6000 Shemarrian Rail gun.

Market cost: For the AEOLUS, 4.5 million credits. Fair to Poor availability. Manufactured by Bandito Arms (under A-Company license), Northern Gun (under Titan Robotics License) and Titan Robotics. CS is trying to outlaw this jetpack, as they tried to do with the ICARUS, but, due the limited success in outlawing the ICARUS, the CS is trying to make a Knock-Off of it or upgrading their own Black Wing PA.
The Falcon Glider self-destructs when her pilot is destroyed, and because of that there's no Falcon Glider in the Market, but if it was one, it will cost 10 million credits or more!.
EDIT: *Note: With the exception of ARCHIE robot minions (including some "reprogrammed" Demi-Shemarrians), the Falcon Glider and the Lightning Hawk are considered alien technology, with a -20% (and a -40% in the mechanoid based countergravity engines, except for phase world technicians that have only a -20% penalty, but only if they have Spaceship Mechanics) penalty in repairing and modifying them

As for the Demi-Shemarrians.
Shemarrian Caste: Demi-Shemarrians
Demi-Shemarrian optional R.C.C.

A-DSHE-(the model number of the chasis used to create this Demi-Shemarrian, with the inclusion of the Veronica Model A-DSHE-01), also known as the "Rised Ones" and the "New Sisters (and brothers)"
The Demi-Shemarrians are Transfered Intelligence robots created by ARCHIE with the Triax-Stolen Technology of M.O.M. mind transfer, but the original organic body is destroyed in the process, tying the essence to the robot body permanently.
The chosen individuals are usualy people severely injured by enemies of ARCHIE, like the Splugorth, the Mechanoids, Evil Gods, the CS or other menaces, including even Ecotroz infected Shemarrians, and are people that have some skill that could be useful to the Shemarrian community, but they not always are compelled to join a Shemarrian tribe, but the Shemarrians will recognize the "Rised one" as one of them, and they will offer honorific membership to a shemarrian tribe to her and their companions, if she (or in rare cases, he) passes a trial by fire.
Their IQ, ME and MA, and skills are those that they had in life, but their O.C.C. changes automaticaly to Robot Soldier O.C.C. (Triax and the NGR), and ARCHIE can erase 8 skills and replace them with 5 new skills at 88%, usually based in his needs and the way the person "died". The rest of the stats are the ones of a standard Shemarrian body, with some custom variations depending on the person.
EDIT: The new skills doesn't increase with level, and the Skills erased can't be relearned, and are locked forever. ARCHIE usually chooses domestic skills, wilderness skills, lesser technical skills, unapplicable physical skills and even languages as candidates for deletion. Other skills are seldom chosen for deletion and O.C.C. specific skills or difficult to learn skills are never chosen for deletion (and sometimes are chosen for adding). Level dependent skills (like Hand to Hand combat) are added at 7th. Level, and doesn't increase too.
The on-board cyber-brain computer can have a library of 3 additional skills, like the Robot Soldier O.C.C., at 38% proficency, that doesn't increase with time, and the task takes 1D4 times longer, but, unlike the robot soldier, the possible skill selections are not limited.
The transfer process could trigger a second roll in the "Random Psionic Power" table, but only if ARCHIE 3 wants to implant psionic powers in the new mind. if the result is more than 80%, roll once in the random insanity table.

For the process to be sucessful, ARCHIE minions had to be able to recover the body of the recently deceased in 10 minutes (more if the deceased is a Borg), and the head has to be relatively intact. More than 10 minutes and the neurological damage will be too extensive to do a sucessful transfer, but usually, the prospect candidates are already being monitored by ARCHIE robot minions.
After the sucessful field testing of Veronica, ARCHIE is starting to create more Demi-Shemarrians, but they are in the initial test phase, with trial production (of less than 10 units/month, and only if they can find adequate candidates) started only in the mid-109 P.A., and because he and Hagan wanted that each Demi-Shemarrian to be a legend by themselves.
EDIT: There's a catch. The candidate to the Demi-Shemarrian process can't be forced to be converted. She has to choose to be a Demi-Shemarrian, or she, at least, has to think that she is given a second chance (in the case of Demi's that are converted after suffering heavy damage). A kidnapped person, or a slave, forced to have her essence transfered, always develop serious insanities (like being converted into a Slave Borg, but much worse). Roll twice in the random insanities table, or choose two appropiate insanities, even from the Crazy table. They have to be serious or very debillitating. In the case of Ava, she got god (really goddess) syndrome Psychosis, and have dual personalities (Shemarrian warrior and herself). In the case of Helen, she was reborn (alignement turned diabolic) and suffers from Mindless Agression (non-functional) Psychosis.
If the person had been "Killed", roll the "Insanity Due to Near Death Trauma" table (RUE p.359).
If the person accepts the conversion as a life's choice, and if she have, at least, 1 month of psychological preparation she doesn't have to roll anything.

Updated the Codex...am debating whether or not to repeat the canon classes under the Loyalist units(with added model numbers) or revise entirely, as given the way the SCW converts and destroys, 'loyalist units' often become 'rebel' or even 'independent' units. Though I expect the Demi-Shemarrians to be less easily convinced to change sides or even opt out entirely. :D :P

I have done some editing and corrections to some of my posts. Mainly clarifications and grammar issues. (My bad english is the one to blame).
I'm still thinking if I do the full stats of Ark, but due to the nature of the "Machine Goddess", I think that "her" weapon systems and features will change a lot from one appeareance to another. Maybe writing some of "her" main options?
