If I remember right, if you get a super power equivilent with a "mod" you get the base power....but not the extras
but I can't remember if "extras" meant attribute increases, bonus increases, or both
pretty sure at the very least you don't get the attribute increases, but wondering about the bonuses (giving a charcacter Sonar for the 1.4 million price tag)
can't find the page this is supposed to be on, can someone direct me?

I'm pretty sure that if it says you get a specific superability you get it all, bonuses, abilitie and improvement per level if any. I haven't read of any limitations other than specific eugenic enhancement that give abilities "similar" to a superability but it will tell you exactly what it is under the description.

Found what i was loking for on page 29...in regards to super senses at least, the charcater dosen't recieve the combat bonuses, or attribute bonuses, but seems not to be the case when it comes to other "bought" superabilities like Healing factor (minus PE bonus) or Nightstalking (minus SDC bonus)
