Change the Supernatural to Superhuman and you're good.
killgore wrote:Supernatural strength is a major power. You've got 1 major and 5 minor powers. How did you do that? I know I use house rules for determining number of powers, but you need to explain how you got this, or even 6 minors if you meant it to be super strength.

Experiments: Table C: 89-00: Three Major or Six Minor.

Yeah, Kilgore is right. did you mean superhuman strength?

even so, The character seems overdone. 6 minors is pretty far right. Is that level of powergaming endemic to your and your cousin's normal playstyle? with the high strength, I'd ditch the energy fists and add on something useful out of play. maybe an enhanced sense. you won't need the extra damage , but the enhanced senses may proove usefull outside of raw combat.
Increased durability is..an unnusual choice. It's extraordinary PE without the PE. It's an odd choice ( I rarely see people pick a subpar option). You may be better served with extraordinary PE instead.
The Ex PP/Ex Spd combo looks like you just want to stack a lot of combat power together. I'd ditch the superspeed in place of something more character based. I won't suggest another sense (so I don't sound redundant, not becuase I don't think it's a good idea) but maybe healijng factor is a good idea here. You certainly don't want to be waiting several days to heal all that SDC and HP.

In summary:
6 powers looks like powergaming
I hope you didn't mean supernatural PS
Ditch Superspeed and energy fists and replace with out of combat abilities, or support abilities.

Lastly, the best thing you can add to a character is an interesting story.

Yeah, for all the power this guy is gonna have, you'd better have an amazing background.

well......your original had superstrength. That pretty much counts as an attack power.

Your new list looks like a beautiful character frame. Give him a backstory, and a cover and he's ready to fly. Just be mindfull of THUDO.

hummm back story

right now think im going with they find one way or another a box with strange
markings on it .When they pick it up there is flash of light and they pass out.
When they wake up a few min later the box is gone and they will have there powers.
they will all be drawn together (haven't figured that part out yet ideas helpful)

after a few adventures the fun will begin for each hero there will be a villain with the
same powers and to make things interesting the hero and villain can do double damage
to one characters that have different powers except for the leaders of both sides
they can only do double damage to each other

that's what i got for now
