I think you should write it up, but it should be limited to who can choose it, and I would make it cost 2 physical skills because of all the bonuses it offers.

i'd say with the abilities that you describe, it would count as two skills, as you said already, and just make it like boxing/gymnastics/etc. so that it is only available to those that take the physical program.

here is what i came up with in the N&S with some help from others on the board.
Parkour only as a occ. related or 2 secondary skills
+12% to climb X2 to climb speed -2 feet from fall per lvl
+5 roll with fall and punch
+2 to dodge
+2 to physical prowess
+1 physical strength.
+1 physical endurance
+3d6 to speed
not to shabby and not over the top.

I'd put a prerequisite or two on it

A climb skill of over 75% and Acrobatics or Gymnastics or Tumbling.

Maybe General Athletics or Running added in.

those are more prerequisite's that needed to be an M.D. in game. or ANY mystic martial art.

I would would treat this as boxing in terms of skills ( cannot be picked as a secondary)

it would come with a base climb or serve as a bonus to climb if that skill is chosen as well.

i would add a +1 save vs horror factor. those guys have guts to pull off what that do.

Yeah . . . speaking of MD and Mystic Martial Arts, I have some ideas on pre-reqs for them.
