Don't worry, your hearing's not failing you. Due to the last-minute nature of producing the Robotech UN PSA, we had to get stand-in voice actors to graciously volunteer their time on short notice for this 60 second segment.
As fans who attended the convention panels have known, the actual Shadow Chronicles voice recording was done with members of the original cast (along with Mark Hamill and Chase Masterson) last October.
