I'm trying to complete my Robotech book collection. I have only recently started getting them. Being a rifts fan looking at expanding my horizons.

Can any one post a full list of all the books.

Thanks.

G.

Robotech RPG
Robotech: The Zentraedi
Robotech: RDF Manual
Ghost Ship
RDF Accelerated Training
Robotech RPG book IV: Southern Cross
Robotech RPG book V: New Generation
Lancer's Rockers
Return of the Masters
New World Order
Strike Force
Zentraedi Breakout
Robotech II RPG
REF Field Guide

And seperate but roughly equal:
Macross II RPG
Macross Deck Plans volumes one through three
Macross II Sourcebook One

....and I think I might have missed something....

If you want the most bang for your buck, I strongly suggest getting:

Robotech II: The Sentinels RPG
Robotech RPG

Those two books on their own would be enough to play most of the game.

Necessary additional books after that point:
Robotech: The Zentraedi
Robotech book IV: The Southern Cross
Robotech book V: New Generation

After that, it comes down to a matter of taste, though I'd recommend shifting gears and going for the Macross II material. This stuff is all difficult to acquire now, and you really do want to aim for the most important books first.

Like Zerebus says the books are difficult to find, but with that said alot of them can be found from time to time on eBay or Amazon.com. My advice though is to stick with looking on eBay as sometimes the prices people ask on amazon are a little steep for a used book. 1 book I looked at on there was marked up about 250% over retail and that was for a book that was clearly used.

I have purchased several used Robotech books through Amazon lately (most recent being Southern Cross) and they usually cost me between $5 and $9 bucks (minus shipping).

Actually, all of the RDF-era books are good to have, as is Return Of The Masters.

I'd like to point out at this time that book 5 is called Invid Invasion, not New Generation :p

Also note that there are two different editions of Return of the Masters.

Wish I could find "Strike Force" on amazon for that price. Been looking to replace my copy that got lost in a move couple years ago and they had it about a week ago but was priced at $50US. No way I was going to pay that.

If you can happen to get to one of the big conventions coming up (i.e ORIGINS or GEN CON) there usually readily available through the OOP book dealers. I've picked up doubles and some triples of most books at ORIGINS for a more then fair price.

Not to sound liek a commercial, but if you get to one of these cons check out a booth by CRAZY IGOR. He's almost always has all of this stuff.
