Statistics (non-game at any rate) the best place to look would be Art of the Shadow Chronicles. Pg139.

And from there, compare size-wise to the old Horizon-T, with regards to size. Frankly, i'd expect to see improvements to protection, speed, and agility, based inlessons from the Invid War(s).
Sadly, the Shadow Chronicles DVG extras do not include(at least my copy doesn't) the public service message footage showing the Horizon-Vs in action.

Your welcome. The book does have some decent line art, and another rendered shot. Preludes Graphic Novel also has the Horizon-V in the "extras" section, and it might be the escape shuttle Grant's crew uses.
