Mind block auto defense

Would a Mind Melters "Mind Block Auto Defense" prevent the Mystic Ninja's ability "Art of Mystiv Invisability" from working on him?

If it's effecting his mind and has a psi type save then I'd say you're wrong Ranger... but I don't have the book with me so I don't know what it says.

The Mystic Ninja ability uses ppe, so it must be from magic.

If you look in the back of the Ninja's and SuperSpys book, it says quite plainly that it does.
