does Turn Dead have a duration? Can it be negated? skel boni

Turn Dead (RMB 170 / BOM 95 / RUE 201) is listed as "Duration: Instant effect" but there seems like there's some kind of duration involved (dead turned will not come back for 24 hours).

Should that 24 hour period be subject to modifiers, like 50% boost from ley lines so they stay away 36 hours?

Should it be possible to rescue your skeletons by using Negate Magic on a Turn Dead so that the skeletons can return to the area sooner? Let's say a mage with double-range (Lord Magus) is casting Negate Magic from 120ft away.

If so, would you need to be 120ft from the skeleton or 120ft from the area?

Is the area forbidden to skels via Turn Dead like a 60ft radius around wherever the caster cast TD, or like a 60ft radius around wherever the skeleton originally was when the spel hit them and they failed their save?

Also wondering what bonuses (boni?) that skeletons would have to save vs Turn Dead. They are not assigned a PE attribute that I can see, but perhaps you could cast Superhuman Strength on a skeleton to give them +5 to save vs magic and make them harder to turn?

You can animate "human, animal or monster" remains. Animals have a -4 to save vs magic (conveniently located RMB114 / RUE 367 under "Psionic Abiltiies in Animals" which is where spellcasters would totally think to check first) so this makes me wonder, are animal skeletons easier to use Turn Dead on compared to human/monster ones?
