Another bit of propaganda that you could theoretically slip into your game. Remember this is all in jest, though is probably representative of what the CS actually would do. These are based off of the propaganda films used by certain real-world nations for children in the 1930's-1950's.

Dangerous Deebees
Our shot opens in a park, children are playing, a man in a suit, Caucasian with blond hair and blue eyes, is in the center of the frame addressing the camera.
Man: Hello children! My name is Herbert Miller and today I'm here to talk to you about the danger of dimensional beings, or deebees for short. Every young child knows that deebees are dangerous, but many people don't know where they come from, and underestimate the dangers that they pose. Today, we're going to go over the history of deebees and give you some helpful tips to avoid getting into trouble if you encounter a deebee.
We cut to the man now standing in a laboratory, wearing a lab coat. A projection screen sits next to him.
Man: In the Golden Age of mankind we humans were the undisputed custodians of this wonderful planet. We controlled the land, the sea, the air, and even space. All of that changed with the coming of the rifts. We found ourselves invaded by creatures from other worlds, and other dimensions. These beings became known as Deebees.
The projector shows scenes from the golden age, then cuts to a depiction of people running in terror as a monster ravages a city behind them. Those from Earth's distant past would recognize this as footage from a Godzilla film.
Man: These deebees were violent, dangerous, and were set on wiping out all of humanity. They almost succeeded, and would have, if not for the rise of the Coalition States.
The projector now shows a fleet of marching deadboys carrying the CS banner.
Man: So how can you tell a dangerous deebee from a benign one? That answer is a tough one to give. Some deebees look almost human, yes, they can almost look like people.
We cut to scenes of some humans with blue and green skin. Footage from episodes of Star Trek.
Man: don't be fooled by their appearance, these deebees can easily be dangerous. They can turn from a harmless looking person into a monstrous killing machine in the blink of an eye.
Footage is shown of a human turning into a werewolf, once again, taken from a Golden Age film.
Man: Not all deebees of course, but enough that we can never take any risks. If you spot a deebee, or if you know someone who is in regular contact with deebees, then you should be wary and, if you feel like you are threatened in any way, report it to the nearest authority so that the deebee can be investigated.
Footage of the deadboys gunning down a deebee.
Man: But not all of them are obvious threats.
An image of Tinkerbell appears on the screen.
Man: Even a benign looking deebee such as this can be dangerous. These creatures, called pixies, can befuddle the mind and enslave a person with just their words alone. Remember you should never talk to a deebee that you don't know, and you should even be careful of the ones you do know, you never can tell when one is trying to influence you. Remember, they are deebees, not people, and therefore can never be fully trusted.
Images of various deebees flash across the screen.
Man: And that is the truth about deebees. But, you might ask, where do they come from?
Images of various other dimensions, all taken from old films, flash by. They have chosen the most dangerous looking images they could find, mostly depicting hellscapes.
Man: Deebees come from other worlds, alien places that are filled with horrible threats. They might be worlds covered in dangerous metals, worlds that are always burning and filled with fire and lava. Dangerous forests filled with monsters. Other places that lack even air. Those are these creatures natural homes. They don't belong here on Earth, but have slowly begun transforming our world since they invaded during the coming of the rifts.
Image of deadboys fill the screen, they are standing in front of the CS flag.
Man: You don't have to worry about that though kids! The Coalition States is here to take back our world and to keep you safe. Remember! The CS is all that is opposing these vile creatures and their evil plans and, one day, we will take back our world and restore things to how they were during the Golden Age.
Idyllic images are shown on the screen.
A voice over briefly and quickly states: "This video was brought to you by the council for information. All images in this film are depictions of real-life events and places."

Likewise....In fact, in many ways it's a lot more understated than what has been spewed in real life about groups somebody wanted disassociated.

Man, not going to lie, that propaganda was starting to work on me. Even if this isn't official canon I think its given me a better view into the CS than most of the stuff that I've actually read.
Good work!
Good work!

CS Propaganda
Would the CS actually reference the golden age as the "golden age"?

Because 'The Time of Exclusive Ownership of Earth" is harder to rant out.

Re: CS Propaganda - Part II
I really like the idea of using old films, although I'm not sure if they'd use stuff like Disney's version of Tinker Bell given how positively she was portrayed.
Even if you used this stuff very selectively (bad moments) the risk you have in making children familiar with these characters is they might later be exposed to other pre-rifts banned media about them which presents them in a positive light, and begrudge the CS for not giving the full story.
IE if you only show tink trying to poison wendy but don't show tink taking the poison herself to save peter, kids be all "huh??? CS"
That strikes me as a bit off. The youngest of children (babies) who can't even speak or understand language obviously couldn't have that taught to them. Might want to rephrase like "one of the very first lessens in American is to convey the dangers of D-Bees to our young" or something along those lines.
That seems more like pre-CS propaganda that Chi-Town would have used when it was more tolerant. This seems to imply that CS children should be talking to D-Bees they do know (and being wary of them) which seems odd and I don't think the CS would be encouraging that at all.
Although D-Bees are sometimes kept alive in CS territories, that's in work camps where I don't think they'd have children around. So I think children would just be told not to talk to them under any circumstances, and to contact an adult/authority to do that if they're spotted.
