TW Chi/Bio-E

Anyone know if their is a Magic or Super OCC that lets you combine abilities with tech similar to the Techno Wizards, but for chi or bio-e as opposed to magic(tw) or psy(tk)?

With psi there is there Gizmoteer in South America 2, a better version of this one thing in Nightbane whose name escapes me right now. Psi-Mechanic maybe?
