I Like to known What are the Ten Human powers with the Bigest populations?

2) CS
3) sovietski
4) warlords of russia
5) japan
6) Incan empire
7 silver river republics
the two big cities in australia
9) Northern Gun
10) native american tribes (this is kinda like the warlords in that any one probably does not rate but combined they make up a very large force and large population)


There are a few options that depend on how you look at it.

Rifts china actually has huge populations of humans probably the biggest left on the planet but they are more or less trapped in an assortment of hells and have little power.

Lemuria while well hidden is very powerful basically human force but due to the way they have changed themselves over the year it kinda depends on what you consider human.

I don't know the dimension books well enough to go beyond that, but any of those three probably dwarf any human power on Rifts Earth in terms of numbers of humans.
