Psychic attacks and powers

Unread post by Franko Tyrador »

Most of the powers do not have the greatest description of the powers... are they visible or not? Is the mind bolt an actual bolt of mind "energy" flying at the target to be able to dodge, as per the book? Is the force field invisible or a shimmering shell? You don't see a shimmering link when using mind powers, so, curious to hear your take.

Generally, purely mental effects should be invisible. However, things that affect the physical world outside the psychic should, IMO, have a visible component, though likely somewhat subtle. If the defense is dodge, then it definitely isn't invisible, unless specifically noted.
