I think it is a case of them wanting the Tech Ninja Disguise and not realizing that they had already given it (Suggesting that there really shouldn't be a replacement skill) but if you are feeling particularly ripped off, it wouldn't be too out of the question to replace it with an extra O.C.C. Related Skill.

I'd give them +30% to disguise.

The gadgets in HU2 and N&S should be able to give you ideas about gadget for a tech ninja.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.
Reading and writing (literacy) is how people on BBS interact.

If you select Domestic skills twice you get +10 to them so I'd do that here :D
