the only place that had the full write up on adjusting stats by age, to my knowledge, was the 1st edition Beyond the Supernatural.

Chaos Earth: Rise of Magic lists the stat rolls for pre-teens and teenagers in the O.C.C. description for the Chaos Wizard.
