Was just reading the P.P.E. batteries post and remember the time I was thinking about making a villian temporal wizard.
He was going to use suspended animation on normal people(children prefered) so he could then steal the P.P.E. from them.
Just wondering what you think of this.
Do you think it legal?
Do you think they would restore P.P.E. equal to sleep rates?

Legal, yes. I'd have them replenish at slower than usual recovery rates, however; while they wake up healthy and refreshed, that's after up to 10 years per level of experience. I'd say 1/10th the rate.
