Hmm its not in the OCC description is it... :-?
At first glance I was tempted to say use the PPE in the RCC description, but that'd be terribly low for a caster.
Maybe use the same base PPE and progression as a Techno-Wizard. A little more reasonable.
Be at peace, my people. All shall be looked up.

If that doesn't prompt you to buy it, I don't know what else I can say.

Indeed right near the top, one day I'll start reading it more. or at all.

Game FAQ Archive wrote:Question: What is the Warlock Marine Magic Specialist's starting P.P.E. and how much do they gain per level?
Answer: Based on the average progression given to other "Warrior Wizards" the base P.P.E. would probably be 2D4x10 plus the P.E. score, and the advancement would be 2D6 per level.

Heh, that's one of mine. As it turns out, I was wrong, but very close.

As of the third printing of DB3, p. 39, the WMMS's official P.P.E. base is PE+2D4x10+20 at level 1, +2D6 per level.
There you go man, keep as cool as you can.
Face piles of trials with smiles. It riles
them to believe that you perceive the web they weave
and keep on thinking free.
