Hi!
I figure that "Detect Psionics"(Healer Catagory) will do the job, and do it perfectly. :D

Otherwise, Out of Luck. That's my take on it, and I hope it helps. 8)

Oddly enough, Detect Psionics doesn't seem to detect this sort of thing. It can sense the active use of psi powers in the vicinity, and sense whether a particular person is psychic, but it won't detect effects that persist beyond the intial I.S.P. expenditure, such as Hypnotic Suggestion, Healing Touch, Psychic Surgery, etc. That is, Detect Psionics will detect powers in use, but not necessarily the long-term consequences of powers used.

Some classes, such as the Wizard, Diabolist, and Parapsychologist, have special skills or abilities that can reveal hypnosis/mind control, and the basic Lore: Psychics & Psionics skill might also work.

ya, that would do it since that would detect anything abnormal with the target- but it would only register as abnormal not that it is mind control or anything.

If he scans the person with See Aura, I would say that he could. The Hypnotic Suggestion power would, IMO, leave a trace on the aura, even for a bit after the suggestion faded... though you'd have to really study it to understand the trace.
