Can "Light Target" preempt "Invisibility"

if LT is on the target before they go invisible, Shadow meld or Chameleon, then there would be a target (see above) shaped glowing area.

While it would probibly totally prohibit the use of shadow meld, it would not effect the affects of invisibility or Chameleon. Even if they are effectivly negated.
