Quote: "All NORAD trained Major Psychics get the additional abilities of Mind Block and two of choice from whatever category has been
designated as that character's area of specialty: Healing, Physical, or Sensitive — or one Super-Psionic Power."

Is the "Mind Block and +2 powers" or "Mind Block and 1 Super power" or "1 Super power"? I'm having trouble parsing this sentence, so I'm asking for opinions.

I'd say Mind block plus two powers OR Mind Block plus One Super Power

Yeah, "Mind Block + 2 powers" OR "Mindblock + 1 Super power" is the way I tend to read it, too.

Anybody else got any opinions?

I'd also add... if you read a lot of fiction with psionics in it, pretty much EVERY training starts with "Here's how you clear your mind and block out unwanted thoughts."

Professor X, his X-Men's ingrained "psychic defenses," 80's FASERIP Marvel Superheroes RPG, and it's Resist Domination Talent, anyone? Bueller?

Yeah, that's exactly where my mind went, too.

Comment: Palladium Books Canon is set solely by Kevin Siembieda, either in person, or by his approval of published material.

But your mind shield made it hard to tell that it went there so we weren't sure.

You go to your room. You know what you've done.

Gods, I walked right into that one, didn't I? :)
