But some body must have made Bad Guys for ther CE,s Games?

My bad guys in my game are cut and dry "The Demons"

Using Dark Conversions Book and picking out a lot of others from the many Rifts Books that are out makes a pretty good selection of bad guys!

Bandits and looters are also my bad guys in my campaign.

And then there's an occasional dimensional bad guy.
