CWC pegs the CS SAMAS power armor(a direct knockoff of the USA-106 SAMAS - Silver Eagle but constructed using inferior materials), with 50 MDC per arm and 100 MDC per leg from a main body with 250 MDC.
Assuming similar ratios apply, the Silver Eagle would have 90 MDC per arm and 180 MDC per leg with its 450 MDC main body.

From the errata the Silver Eagle has 85 M.D.C. for its arms and 110 for its legs.
