I've used the Survivor OCC in my CE games before, but aside from some helpful classes, there's not much else I care to mix. The zombies from DR are not well suited to small scale outbreaks since they initially rose from a global pandemic.

The general sewer information could also be pretty useful as well as the sickness tables.

Should I point out that the rifts core book mentions that 2 or 3 different zombie apocalypses occurred during the dark ages.

i have a Chaos Earth zombie book waiting in the wings for editing.
I talked to Kevin at the Open House about it. I got him excited about it again. Matthew Clements read it too; he said it was real quality stuff and shouldn't need very much editing. He's also been doing stuff for First Responders. Hopefully those two books will hit shelves around the same time.
Although my book is completely different, Dead Reign still makes a useful source for Chaos Earth.

Have you ever been thrown out of a Rifts game for being smarter than the Game Master?

Eliakon and I talked about this at the Pally Open House. lots of O.C.C.'s can drop right into C.E. with a minor change of a few skills into the M.D. world.

issue 27 has 'Britain in chaos", an article on running Chaos Earth games set in england. one of the big plot elements is an egyptian mummy waking up, being very angry about not finding himself in egypt, and unleashing an army of undead..
