When does Archie attempt to lord over his first colony .. the one that is utterly destroyed by the Atlantean based forces ?

i'd argue he had it prior to the cataclysm, as the whole 3300 plan relied on his ability to make abstract decisions about when the time was right to bring them out. in a time they knew they were dealing with magic and demons too, so the variables would hardly be simple.
abstract thought isn't something just any computer can do.
i would argue though that his more 'mystical' component (the psychic powers and such) didn't manifest until at least a century after...possibly as a side effect of his whole "a god am i, worship me" plan to establish a stable society...

the last idea is just personal preference. i love the idea that by posing as a Deity and getting worshiped, he started down the road to actually becoming a being with deific powers ala pantheons...
