V.H.L. (Pty) Ltd.
VHL is a rather new entrant into the (already crowded) field of trans dimensional arms sales. While they seem to excel in combining various existing technologies in new and unusual ways their main specialization appears to be in missile and kinetic technologies. When asked about this the only explanation giving is that “it is harder to ward against guns”
They seem willing to sell anything to anyone… provided that said is legal in the jurisdiction the sale is taking place in. VHL is scrupulous about this and goes to extremes to ensure that all merchandise is legal in whatever market it is being purchased… to the point that catalogues will not even show nor will staff discuss items that would be against local regulations.
VHL is a cash and carry operation, and though it does not offer financing itself, it does accept a wide range of payment plans including offers of goods, services, contracts, technological information, land and anything else of real value. They also work with several financial firms who will offer financing… but VHL itself refuses to do so.

They are noted for their advertising… believing that the best demonstration of weaponry is use VHL provided the Free Worlds Council with several billion credits worth of ammunition and weapons as well as hundreds of fighters and small craft, a dozen sub-capital ships and 3 cruisers… all of various configurations and loadouts. All with the only condition being that they be used, early and often in the front lines and that the FWC take no action against any form of news reporting that might cover them…
The ensuing spectacles demonstrated their equipment far better than any number of trade shows or any conceivable advertising campaign could ever hope to have done.

One of the early options that VHL offered was various versions of standard missiles for non-standard roles.
Building off the success of the Wild-Weasel missile they have begun offering ECW missiles.
The first two come in any size from SRM on up. Replacing the warhead with a decoy system like that found in an EW satellite (Mutants in Orbit pg. 87) the missile will decoy off incoming missile volleys. These come in both basic and advanced versions.
The large missiles come in two versions themselves.
The basic version simply offers vastly improved range. The advanced version is an Multi-Warhead version that will deploy four (4) of the next smaller missile each with an EW payload. Thus a MRM can deploy 4 decoys... and an LRM can deploy 16!

Prices:
Spoiler:
Decoy SRM (basic) 10,000cr
Decoy SRM (advanced) 15,000 cr
Decoy MRM (basic) 30,000 cr
Decoy MRM (advanced) 45,000 cr
Decoy LRM (basic) 300,000cr
Decoy LRM (advanced) 450,000cr
MW missiles cost 150% the price of a MW missile

Defensive missiles

VHL has begun offering several different kinds of active defensive missiles. These can be set to detonate at a pre-programed point.

-The first is a Sand Cloud warhead. This SRM or larger warhead this generates the effect of a Sand-Caster (Mutants in Orbit pg. 84) at the point of detonation.
-the second contains an Alumina charge. This SRM or larger warhead generates the effect of an Alumina Cloud Dispenser (Aliens Unlimited Galaxy Guide pg. 85) at the point of detonation
-the third is passive chaff. This SRM or larger warhead generates the effect of a Chaff Thrower canister (Mutants in Orbit pg. 83) at the point of impact.
-the fourth is active chaff. This mini-missile or larger contains one or more active chaff balls (Aliens Unlimited Galaxy Guide pg. 85)

There are three variations of these missiles.
The Mk 1 simply has a basic warhead on a standard missile.
The Mk 2 is a multiple warhead missile containing multiples of a smaller missile
The Mk 3 though contains multiple canisters or balls and will release them along the flight path. This can allow a single missile to decoy multiple shots or to create multiple defensive clouds that will have to be overcome in sequence.

Prices:
Spoiler:
Active Chaff (basic)
Mini:
SRM: 15,000
MRM: 25,000
LRM: 250,000

Passive Chaff (Basic)
SRM: 15,000
MRM: 25,000
LRM: 250,000

Sand (basic)
SRM: 15,000
MRM: 25,000
LRM: 250,000

Alumina (basic)
SRM: 15,000
MRM: 25,000
LRM: 250,000

Multiple Warhead missiles cost the usual cost for a MW missile.
Mk 3 missiles cost triple the price of a MW missile!
