Aside from here are there any other forums others visit where there are regular topics discussing some of palladium's settings?

My personal one does....rarely now. Facebook groups are likely a better bet.

We have several Palladium fans on theRPGsite.com which is an awesome RPG forum BUT we are a fiercely free speech forum with near zero moderation...so its Mos Eisley. It gets rowdy, its tremendous fun, and between all the f-bombs and e-vomit, there are many solid discussions on many topics. The forum owner, RPGPundit, is a big RIFTS fan and has his house-rules posted in his sub-forum.

So PB fans are very welcome.

I've been going to theRPGsite for a while now but I somehow missed Pundits house rules. I'm gonna check them out...

There was LazloSociety.org for BTS but it is just not the site it used to be. There are several Facebook pages I know about also you may want to try, but other than here I really don't know of any others where there is much action.
