Ye gods. no. Roughnecks have to cover every combat position from run-of-the-mill bullet catcher/Marine to medic to heavy weapons to recon/sniper bait. They need all the help they can get. Until Palladium comes out and says that male juicers develop breasts and that female juicers have mustaches, I see no reason to believe that male juicers should suffer from another real world side effect of anabolic steroids.

The first thing I would do is point out that said character is illegal. The second thing I would point out is that said character is not a Palladium made NPC. At that point, said character simply ceases to exist.

I would do away with a lot of the material that has been written for Rifts Earth.
