The spell has a range of touch to cast the spell, but do you have to touch the flame to activate it? Can you say... put it in a cardboard box, toss the box into a hayloft, then walk away and activate it at your leisure or just wait for the 1 month per level to pass before it activates?

Not quite sure what you're referring to. I've read and re-read the gunslinger OCC description. Looks like they don't get any special damage bonus, just the paired guns attack, which they can use for any attack (after they draw or later in the round.) Can you clarify whar ability you're referring to...

I'm looking at the Temporal Warrior OCC in WB 3 and Pseudo Man RCC in WB 29, they both give you a generic bonus to strike. These aren't PP bonuses or W.P. bonuses, they're combat bonuses.

There is chrome spray paint that is not aquaphobic. If you use that as your base then black wash over it, you can get some good results. Since RUE came out after Federation, you could just say that he has to or can use the Secondary Skills list from RUE. RUE Secondary Skills list includes several Pilot Skills.

Can a demigod be combined with an RCC, such as a Jungle Elf (WB6: SA) or an Achilles Neo-Human (WB9: SA2)? They both have to mate to breed, so one of the parents could be a god.

That whole Impervious to Energy thing doesn't mention protecting gear though right? It kinda does... in the fluff. MKotWR can ride War Birds when the bird has their MDC energy aura active. I doubt they ride them naked, so one could extrapolate that the Impervious to Energy protects their worn gear....
