Did Palladium ever issue refunds for undelivered product?

I hope he allows it if he can but ultimately a fanzine is going to be more hit or miss than the Rifter ever was so not sure how big an audience it will get. I mean all the complaints above would have to apply to the fanzine and if you make it to your liking it will annoy people who liked the Rifter...

He really can’t stop fan produced work. As long as no one is violating actual copyrighted material derivative works pass muster. I certainly won’t lose any sleep worrying about a cease and desist if this project moves forward.

While I will miss the Rifter, I am hoping, much like others here, that it will lead to more actual promised books being released. And as to a fan run internet based version of the Rifter, that's a cool idea but what are the odds that KS will throw a Cease and Desist order at it for using his IP? We...

The Kickstarter is wildly succeeding in spite of Palladium's involvement not because of it. I've never seen the Savage Worlds core book and I backed the Kickstarter because while I love Rifts the Palladium rule set is such an unplayable mess I haven't even tried to run a game of Rifts in years. Because they REALLY hate it when fans do something useful. It comes from years of horrible legal advice they've been given.

Palladium refuses to:
1: Update thier core product
2: Update the way the do business in general
3: Meet thier self-imposed release schedules
4: Accept or acknowledge that anything is wrong

This has resulted in a flight of all but either the most hardcore or tolerant of players.

I will say I am kind of curious which specific particular things mutants and masterminds and champions does differently that you like better about them...
