Re: Human Strength parry'ing Supernatural Strength Question.
In would like to bring up an Incredible Hulk reference, as if anybody has supernatural str, he does. In an arc where Bruce banner was separated from the hulk and the hulk was out west somewhere, He was fighting Thor Wonder man and Iron man and kicking the buts all over the place. This Japanese lady...

Re: Dodging volleys of missles
I go with: You can dodge 3 missiles +1 for every point of PP over 15. That way larger volleys will still get auto-hits but those with high PPs can dodge more missiles than the cannon fodder. Also I include what TGK said. -1 to dodge for very missile beyond the base. So Super Awesome Pilot Guy has a...

Re: Dragon Hatchling Skills?
I agree that it is good that Hatchlings are limited in the skills that they can get. A dragon is just not going to be interested in many human type skills, many of which can be duplicated(to a degree) via magic, psionics or their own natural abilities.

Re: Protoculture on Rifts Earth
My theory on why the Flower of Life cannot grow near Ley Lines was that the flower feeds on the residual PPE around it and that the reason that they cannot grow close to the Ley Lines of Rifts Earth is that there is too much PPE and it is like overwatering to them.

Re: Whats your favorate house rule/ favorate rules clarification
I have a house rule for how MD weapons affect living SDC targets. Instead of multyplying it by 100, i use the following: Laser Pistols/Rifles: Target takes damage to both SDC and Hit Points. Ion/Particle Beams/Plasma: Target take double damage to both SDC and Hit Points. Magic Weapons (swords, axes,...

DemiGod and abilites gained through the Magic Powers ability
I am making a Demi-God who has the Magic Powers ability and I chose the Line Walker. It says that he gains all the abilites of a Practitioner of Magic so I am giving him the OCC abilites of the Line Walker but does that include the OCC Bonuses?

I think that this is all a moot point due to the fact that there is no reason for a Vampire to even want to go into space. They have one purpose and that is to create more vampires on the world they are on so that they can have enough to allow the VI to come to the that world fully. Vampires are ele...

Vampires are supernaturally vulnerable to Water, Fire and Wood; not ice, heat, or cardboard. It does not matter that ice is frozen water, or that steam is heated water, for the purpose of harming vampires, neither of them counts as water. Source? I'm curious if this is something from canon or just ...

I think you are splitting hairs a bit thin with this line of thinking. The idea is that Vampires are vulnerable to the classic elements of Water and Fire, they are not vulnerable to moisture or heat. For vamps, ice is not water and neither is steam. Water is that substance you drink. Same thing with...
