The Altess Dynasty
What book has the actual information on the Dynasty itself?
The Fleets book only details their spaceships. I thought they were mentioned in PW or it’s sourcebook but I cannot find anything. I’m probably overlooking it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

As a GM you can take it upon yourself to invent a way to release the essence in a rune weapon. It was actually a major subplot in my multi-year campaign. The essence itself had figured out a way to do it and was manipulating the players into creating the situation necessary. It was grand, epic stuff.

I would like a total rework of the Africa Book with a companion sourcebook detailing the PE and other kingdoms/nations etc in detail. In fact I think a 2-3 book series detailing the PE war within Africa & Europe would be awesome.

Yes there is. Page 21 of Eastern Territory book. An O.C.C. called the Master Collector. The description even says “the Master Collector is more like the Pinkerton detectives of the United States’ Wild West.”
