The Gunbuster doesn't get enough love IMHO as the basis of newer hardware. That is why there is another level one spell that is light based which is meant to blind, Blinding Flash. It costs 1 PPE to cast, and is the only spell that I am aware of that allows you to pump extra PPE into it to make people have a penalty to save vs. it.

This could be handled one of two ways:
1) Treat it like an actual grenade type explosion, and have them take 1/2 damage unless they are able to move outside of the AoE.
2) Treat it like the Fireball spell (or other AoE spells) and the target takes no damage on a successful saving throw.

Is it possible to cast levitate on an unwilling target, or in something they are wearing (like armor). The spell has no saving throw and can be cast upon others and objects.

I have had thoughts of making a TW Potion Maker from a coffee pot, the Spell Talisman, Create Water, Water to Wine (for the act of transforming the water), and then have the tray you put coffee grinds in enchanted differently so you could use the same Potion Maker to make different potions.

I do not see it about an immunity to magic but as something the juicers biocomp would fight. Thus preventing the cold blood from taking properly causing the conversion to fail. Perhaps when it mentions standard issue as of the Tolkeen Wars, what they meant was standard issue for Dog Boys going to fight on the front lines, which would make more sense. Also, just because they don't get the skill automatically doesn't mean that they couldn't pick it up as an OCC Related skill...
