I think when you first get the game, Glitter Boy stands out. After a bit, everyone seems to gravitate toward the cool kids table and see the cigar smoking Grackle Tooth as what defines Rifts as awesome.

Make the spy a Psi-Ghost (Psyscape) or Mind Melter (Rifts Ultimate Edition) Changling (Rifts Conversion Book). That would probably give you what you need for avoiding detection.

I'd simply put Houstown on the "to-do" list of Fort Pinnacle. Another thought: The CS treats Houstown similar to how Free Quebec treats Old Bones. They use it to collect intel on the rest of the area. I do like this idea...You could even say it's a major recruiting station for Psi-Stalker...

So Roll20 seems pretty awesome so far. I've even set up my own game. I'm still trying to learn the basics of the GUI, but overall I think this is definitely the way to go. The different token you can place on a map are cool. I think those Paper Miniatures from Mad Man Mike are perfect for this.

The SAMAS swarm would be pretty cool, but totally ineffective (if we choose the GDC option). If I were to half-ass a number, I'd say 1% per day, cumulative, but with a +5% at Midnight and Midday. Roll 1d24 (1d12, with a 1d6 determining if it's AM or PM) to determine what hour it checks, and if it hits at Midnight or Noon, you add the 5%. Once a storm blows in, it resets the count, as power...

Page 299 of RUE covers this. If the OCC/RCC starts with a skill that has a prerequisite, assume the character has that skill as part of their training.

Rifter's 50 & 51 have awesome Vehicle Construction Rules that go into great detail on component cost. Rifter 51 talks about repair rules and costs. It should have most of what you need.

I still think selling individual maps is the way to go. You could buy each digitally at one price and a hard laminated copy at a higher price. Maybe even sell a cool Rifts Binder you could store them in. It would allow for continuous expansion and I believe a higher profit return with an a-la-carte ...

Page 69 of the CWC describes how the CS likes to outfit the heavy and light borgs with Dead Boy armor and page 102 lists the 6A-6C as Heavy Cyborg Armor that appears the same as the CA-6EX Armor.
