I'm just suggesting it as a jumping off point. It's the GM who has the final say as to who or what carries over from the real word to the game. By giving a bit of information to help other people know about what might not be known about the area, they can help create a richer world for the players.

Well, there is the reserve fleet that is in the Delta. I'm sure it would expand over the years between now and the coming of the Rifts.

Ultimately, it's up to the GM's discretion. You could have undergone more than one experimental treatment, had a diverse bloodline or just hit the genetic jackpot.

The volcanic ash in the area would also help fertilize the land. Much of the land has lain fallow so, it has plenty of room for a bountiful harvest. Black Rock, Nv could be a location of a nexus. It's just nice to give my ideas and observations to other people. It does help that I would like to see California sunk in to the sea. Maybe a portion has become a demon controlled ammusment park. They have enough of those.

personaly i think it all depends on the type of weapon. if it is a combustion weapon with bullets ie regular hand gun or rail gun has an ammount of kick to it and so will be increasingly inaccurate with each folowing shot at a spesfic target. lazer weapons would not have a kick and i dont imagine pa...

why would it be in the bullet? that sounds like a waste to me. i was thinking of the computer being able to adjust the balance of the gun by adjusting its weight to different sides making your shots more accurate so you dont have to worry about trajectory once it has left the barrel it could be prep...
